I don’t recommend mobile ordering, takes forever. Though as annoying as it is the food is still killer.

Crazy busy for 8pm. Long line moved fast. Soda fountain was out of orange and coke zero. Burrito was tasty.

Was on a movie day with my friend. Ate at Chipotle at Grand Prairie. I had the chicken al pastor, Everett had 3 tacos. All was very good. A very relaxed atmosphere. Both the employees and other diners were talkative and polite. Will definitely be going back.

It was right an noon we went in and very fast service, food was delicious employee's we're nice. Manager Geoff was nice and friendly as well. The amount of food for the price was great. This was our second experience there, 1st was in Easr Peoria and we will never return to east peoria again. Great job to Geoff and his crew on Sterling.!!

My friends and I went to have an end-of-the-night meal. The people in the store were emitting great vibes. My dude loaded my burrito and my friend's bowls. Grateful for their personal touch & mindful customer service.
Also, we walked out of the store saying 'was that guy giving us some great energy?'
It's the way the burrito is made and how we feel as customers when eating that burrito that makes the match! Thanks!

I had actually ordered to a different location than this one originally. I contacted customer support and they fixed my issue in less than five minutes. But I still needed food so I stopped into this Chipotle and a it was fast and super friendly. Thank you for continuing to make my Chipotle experience continuously positive!

Super busy night and all of the workers there were super kind even with the crowd and all the orders! Even though it was slammed you could tell the employees were doing their best to help everyone as quickly as possible. I wish I caught the cashiers name because she was great.
