First time trying this place & placed our order over the phone prior to pick up. Staff was very friendly & welcoming, food was hot & fresh, making it overall an A1 experience. Husband & I each ordered a 15 piece wing - the sauce flavors were SO good! Highly recommend!!
My mom loves that this place has chicken livers, and she can rarely find them anymore I guess. I love the wings. You can customize the sauce and even the fry. I haven't tried all the sauces yet, some I'm not sure I have the guts to try, but every one I've tried is delicious. We also like the fried pickles, they have the perfect kick. And the fried mushrooms are amazing too
Chicken livers were excellent! The hostess was extremely friendly and fast. We will definitely be going back to order more chicken livers!

Let's just say it's my favorite wing place, so far in pensacola. Service is awesome. The place is clean but really dark inside. Just a little more lights needed inside.
Ended up here by mistake today and cannot believe I’ve been sleeping on their wings all this time. I got the sweet hot sauce and it was so good. Everything was hot and fresh and service was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely looks like a little hole in the wall (maybe even a little gross looking) but every table in that place was very clean, and it seems the staff takes pride in running an organized operation, it just needs a little updating inside. They were pretty busy when I was there at an odd hour, around 4 PM, but I didn’t wait long at all. I’ll be back for the wings and curly fries!!

Edit: bringing this back up to 4 stars because the food quality has been great. The people up front are still in a bad mood a lot of the time but it happens.
My girlfriend and I tried this place around this time last year and it was seriously the best place for wings in town. The flavor, crispness, consistent quality all kept us ordering about once a month.
I don’t know what happened, but everything keeps going downhill. My wings are never as crispy as they were in the beginning unless I ask for extra well done, and even then it’s a 50/50 chance the apathetic employees will pass it through.
The last three times, I’ve tried to order fries. Even repeating my order once or twice and asking if wedges were available, only to get home and realize there were no fries. I don’t know how much more efficient I can be about ordering without getting annoying.
This is probably the root of their problem: for whatever reason, there are always new employees who will not crack a smile or put a single bit of inflection in their voice for you. Maybe it’s not a great job, but I already deal with my own job and I don’t want to inherit the bad moods of the people behind the counter. They don’t care about your order, and the quality continues to fall because of it. Maybe a manager who cares can turn things around.
I love wings 2 go. I eat there quite often. The staff is friendly and attentive. The young lady Alyssa at the counter was working hard busy taking orders and answering the phone. She made sure our order was correct before we left , as well as making sure we had napkins and sauces. You can see the kitchen from the front counter which looked very clean. All the employees were wearing masks too.
