Best McDonald’s in Pensacola!! The morning staff here are sooo positive and go out of their way to make you smile. The young man at the order counter was especially positive and was constantly cleaning the dining room any time he didn’t have any customers. The young man patiently assisted an older woman who was struggling to order and was very positive and helpful even when a customer was rude to him. The dining room is clean and newly renovated. I would highly recommend this location over other McDonald locations in town. I’ve been here other mornings when there were different employees working and they were also really positive and helpful.

The staff here is really friendly. Every time I go in they always greet me with a good morning and a smile. Everyone seems to work well as a team to get the food out in a timely manner. I even had a pretty awesome conversation with one of the employees this morning that was unexpected but totally appreciated. Definitely a welcome and refreshing experience compared to other fast food customer service.
Food was good and hot. Store was pretty clean. Employees seemed a little disorganized and were slow on the turn around especially since there were only 2 cars in the drive thru and just me in the lobby. No greeting just a "what do you want" which surprised me but everyone has a bad day sometimes. All in all, it was ok and I'll go back to this location.

I rate this only against other McDonalds.
This was a nice visit. The place was clean, well maintained, and apparently well run. The parking lot was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The food line was clean. The lobby was clean.
The crew worked well together and were bantering in hushed tones..... other than the one time a female manager screamed something she wanted done.
The food was good. My quarter pounder was broken and hanging out of the bun, as shown in photograph. This almost cost the 5 star review until I saw it was fresh and never frozen beef. I actually thought it tasted better, and so did my wife. Soda was correctly brixed.
My entire visit was very nice.
I have been to many McDonald's but this was great. The quality of the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Very clean and we got our food very fast
I went in and ordered a caramel frappe. The cashier helped me figure out what I wanted and what it was called. Before I could get napkins and a straw, she had it ready. Very nice for 1045 am.
Went through the drive-through and it was a good experience. Drive-through worker took the time to wipe off my drink, and it really is the little things that make a great experience. She even smiled like she meant it lol.
Pretty standard McDonald's. I hadn't been to one in more than a decade. Hasn't changed much, but they no longer have bagel breakfast sandwiches.
Breakfast I ordered was real fresh and tasty. But the sausage and gravy ..... Ewwww nasty
First time going in, place is very clean and nice inside. The bathrooms are very clean as well. Customer service was great when I went. The time waiting for my food was not long at all they were not busy though out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been in this one is definitely a five star one.
