Friendly Team Members and super subs. I had the Subway Club on Multi Grain Bread and it was fantastic. Fresh tea and juices too. Remember the best cookies for miles I love the dbl. chocolate chip! The new decor and padded booths are really nice as well.

I went out of my way to go to this one because I wanted to avoid the one in Walmart! Im so happy I did! There was three employees that greater me as soon as I walked in. They all worked together and got my order done so fast. Very friendly and polite. The place was also very clean and organized. One of the cleanest I've seen in a long time. Good customer service seems to be so hard to come buy these days with everyone being understaffed and overworked. So I just wanted to say how much I appreciate my experience

Amazing staff! Great food. Always clean and friendly. Staff remembers my family every time we go there. My son is known to them as the pickle king. Lobby clean. Our favorite subway to go to in Pensacola. Manager is so nice and personable. Never have to wait long here. They are well run.

Due to New Management, this place has become one of our new favorites to eat. Normal Subways in my area are usually lacking in all aspects. However, this one has made a complete turnaround and I would go out of my way to eat here if ever in the mood for a sub sandwich.

I want to say I love Subway but am rating it a four only because when I went there, one tall young man who looked Asian was working so hard while several workers were standing around and talking. On another occasion I went there and when a Mexican gentleman only had a 100 dollar bill I offered to pay for his meal and the Cashier was being helpful but a line worker leaned over being rude right in front of this gentleman who barely spoke English. This is very poor customer service. I saw this take place on several occasions, rude customer service and judgemental behaviors. One evening I came and a man was working on a ladder outside, the same young tall man was cleaning and busy all while this chick stood there doing nothing but talking to the man outside. I hope this young man gets recognized for the amazing work he is doing because workers like him are far and few between. I do not remember his name but think it starts with a S. If he is still working there please let him know customers see the amazing job he is doing!!
