Best Whataburger ever! They treated my little boy like a prince when we took him there for lunch on his third birthday! The food was fresh and the team was so sweet. Kudos to this Whataburger location!
Whataburger is one of my favorite burger places to eat. The chili cheese burger they have right now is fire. The restaurant is always clean an they have excellent service. I highly recommend 9 Mile road Pensacola FL.
They asked for my name for the order even though I was in the drive thru. And still got my name wrong anyway. As usual with Whataburger they weren't very fast but that's any one of their stores in any state they have
Very busy right now (Saturday, 1:20 p 22Rm). Lots of orders being prepared, so, a little bit of a wait, but not too bad.
The restaurant looks clean and well stocked with knives, spoons, forks, straws, ketchup, lids, etc.
Ate my Sweet and Spicy Bacon burger with onion rings and a chocolate shake... Very tasty!
Highly recommended for you 😉 to try. You can get burgers for breakfast, too, or you can get breakfast... If you want.

Grilled Chicken was over cooked and tough on the outside but other than that everything was great....except the parking lot is so small that you have to move your car in the drive thru for customers to get out that were dining in or walking in to order
Good food and good service. Wait time wasn't long but they were very busy. Good job
This location is always busy and feels small. The staff are very friendly, bring the food to your table when it’s ready, along with any condiments. Drive thru gets backed up now and then and if you parked in a space you could have to wait. Could use a little more indoor seating.
It was nice to get some great food and southern hospitality after being away for too long
our order gets messed up here sometimes, only when we go at later hours & when they're very busy because nowhere else is open. usually we'd just take the errors but this time we just got the straight up wrong order on accident + it was cold cold.
we called the store and Neal (manager) answered, he said to just come back up and he'd get it remade fresh ASAP for us. he was very nice in-person and made sure everything in the receipt was accurate before remaking it just to double check.
