Had a wonderful experience here with my family! Waitress and staff were quick with our orders and kept the sushi coming! We all did the all you can eat meal for lunch and everything came out fresh, and delicious. My favorite sushi roll was the Little Tokyo - warm and crunchy! We finished our meal with some ice cream too. Will definitely come back here in the future when I'm craving sushi!
Sushi Masa is the best place for unlimited sushi in Pensacola! For the price vs quality, it cannot be beat. I have been here over two dozen times! You can save about $10/person going during lunch time as apposed to dinner time, where the dinner menu does offer a little more variety, but in my opinion, isn't worth the higher cost, unless dinner time is the only time that works for you. The taste and variety of rolls is excellent, and the menu provides plenty of other options if sushi isn't your thing. It is very popular on the weekends and during lunch time, so if you arrive in the middle of lunch time, the wait can be 1-2 hours. If I am going with a larger group, getting there around when they open at 11am is best. I have had to wait closer to 2 hours before when I arriving after noon. The atmosphere is nice, and it is kept pretty clean. I have had mixed experiences with service. Most of the time the server has been friendly and polite, but I have had a server now and again that was less than to be desired. When they are busy, sometimes it can take awhile to get your food, which is understandable, so just make sure you account for that if you are on a time crunch. Several times it has taken 30+ minutes from the time we ordered, to the time we first got our food, but other times it has been very quick. Overall it is a great experience and I will continue to come back time and again.
I got the Kani salad excellent! I had the lava roll and my husband had the karma can commented that it was cut different than other places and it was very meaty both were really good. The only complaint I may have would be that it was cold in the restaurant I'm never took my jacket off
Picture of the spicy shrimp appetizer, partially ate from middle skewer. I didn't expect baby shrimp and I think the lettuce should go. Looks old and wilted. Makes no sense to me.
Foods usually great here. They are typically aways busy but typically worth the wait.
Safe tuna roll I usually order is the snow white roll. It has snow crab on top and shrimp tempura inside. Tasty with spicy mayo.

My daughter 👩🦰 and I had a wonderful mother-daughter lunch! It was so fun to chose from the abundance of rolls, appetizers, tempura, & desserts! The lunch price for all you can eat sushi 🍣 is the same on weekdays and weekends, which is a bargin price for quality sushi.
We tried:
Shumai
Hurumaki
Philly roll
Dragon Roll
MasaRoll
225 roll
Sweet potato tempura
Kani tempura
Tuna
Salmon
Spicy tuna
House salad
Kani
Avocado 🥑 Salad
I-10 Roll
Double crunchy roll
There are still so many more choices so we will be coming back soon!
Best sushi I've ever had. The all you can eat sushi may seem pricey at about $30 for dinner, but please realize it really does mean all you can eat. It also includes that on salads, appetizers, and several other areas. It is impossible to leave hungry. I've been here twice, and I cannot wait to go back. My daughter loved the hibachi chicken and noodles.
I have been going to this place since 2020/2021 and I love it! It has changed overtime since then, but the freshness of the sushi has always been consistent. I always love being served by Julia, she is so nice, welcoming, and her attention to detail is amazing. My only complaint or suggestion is that the hostesses could be a bit more welcoming. They're often quite rude when you ask them a question or a specific accommodation for the seating. Given that they are the first and last people I see when I eat at this place, first impressions are always very important. I also wish they would open the bar more often, it gives an option to individuals who are just coming to eat by themselves.
Overall, I always love coming here when I come back home to Pensacola, it is one of my absolute favorites.

My friends suggested this place and it was great. We got there before 11 and the line was starting to form. When they opened, we were immediately sat at a booth. Atmosphere was great. The sushi was even better. We had the all you can eat special for $20. Gyoza just melts in your mouth. Very fast service. Great experience. I would definitely go back.
My first All you can eat sushi. The food was great, our waitress was great and the atmosphere too. I'm still not sure I like the policy on leftover sushi being charged extra. I understand it's to reduce waste and irresponsible ordering.
