Review Tu-do Vietnamese Restaurant - Pensacola

Khang Ngo
Nice family restaurant. It's a warm and cozy atmosphere in here. It's also quiet and comfortable. Menu is large covering about 50% of Vietnamese's common dishes. They are tasty too. Some are cooked not in the proper method though, but that's fine. I enjoy it. Serving time is fast. Waiter doesn't push at all. Price is a bit above average, but this is Florida, so I expected that.

The food was good and flavorful! The prices on the menu posted online are outdated and underpriced. The chicken wings are fried like how you would find at takeout Chinese restaurants and they come with a red sweet and sour sauce on the side. I will come back here!

The waiter was great!!!! I've been craving lime with salt for the past 7hrs being on the road trying to get back home with no store close by the high way. I ask him if I can have extra lime... I was a happy customer. This restaurant gives you lots of noodles n meat for the price you payđź‘Ť. Usually my husband and son will finish their pho noodles, but they weren't able to.

Stop by here for vacation. Got the x-large combination pho. The quantity was abundant, the broth tasted good. Service was fast. The server forgot to bring out our summer rolls but everything else was good.
Paul Morss
Wonderful food and fast service! I wanted some soup with the colder weather and settled on some pho. Will definitely be coming back!

In the mood for a big bowl of pho, it was a toss up between this place and the place next door. I’m so very glad we came here. From start to finish, service was amazing! We ordered the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer. For entrees I went with a bowl of chicken pho and my counterpart went with beef and vegetables and a side of rice. The spring rolls came out first with a side of peanut sauce. They were delicious, fresh and flavorful. Our entrees were up next. The bowl of pho I received was enormous. It came out with all the fixings and there were sauces on the table. Overall, our meal was fantastic and pretty inexpensive. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Very delicious and authentic food. Always fresh ingredients. Hardly ever a wait and staff very nice and attentive. Great prices too.
Nomar Proctor
Great customer service and even better food! I love pho and this is one of the best that I’ve had so far. The fried bananas were on point too! Would definitely come back again!

We come here every single time we visit Pensacola. Pictured is the #51. I’ve been visiting TuDo for years now. This isn’t a tourist trap, this is authentic Vietnamese food. A must visit if you enjoy Vietnamese cuisine.
Chris Williams
I enjoyed my beef pho for lunch here. Very friendly service. Prices were reasonable. Food was delicious and fresh. It was a good quiet place to get some work done over lunch.

This is the best place in all of Pensacola to get that comfort food you crave. The food is always hot and fresh. Its small but they are very efficient. Floors are clean and so is the restroom(however the restrooms are a bit small). Service is always excellent! I recommend coming here next time you are in town! This place is better then a buffet.
Suzanne Martin
Excellent food & generous portions served by a very attentive and friendly waiter (Preston). The atmosphere is a bit dated; however, it was very clean & well maintained. Very good value. I will definitely go again.

Hands down the best Vietnamese food you can find. Their spring rolls with peanut sauce is worth making a pilgrimage here! Warning: Eating here will make every other Vietnamese food you taste second rate! Very popular among locals!

Tu-Do is a long established and consistent Vietnamese restaurant in Pensacola located off of Davis Hwy and close to I-10. You can not go wrong here if you want delicious Pho, spring rolls, and a multitude of enjoyable Asian and in particular Vietnamese dishes. The servers are friendly and work hard, and the food is fresh and filling. I have enjoyed the Pho with its delicious broth and everything but tripe, spring rolls w/the peanut sauce, chow mein, vermicelli, and many other dishes. Five stars and with a visit for sure!

First time back since they reopened, so we had our regular dishes to see if anything changed. Nothing had changed, it was just as good as the first time we were here. I had the the Pho with with beef #99. Regular size bowl with brisket, meatball and tendon. The broth was excellent and very deep in flavor. A hefty portion of rice noodles on the bottom. The fresh veggies(basil, mung beans shoots, jalapeños and lime) tied everything together. My go to dish. The wife had the vermicelli combination with an egg roll, char sui pork, chicken and a fish sauce dipping sauce on the side. The wife gave it two thumbs up. We also had an order off egg rolls that were well cooked and a good way to start the meal. Only draw back was the wife ordered a Thai ice tea and it had boba balls in the bottom and she prefers her ice tea more traditional. We will put Tu-do back on the go to list.

Number 100 PHO is the combination. Little bit of everything. It was very good with alot of flavor. Place had plenty of room for everyone. Personally, have some music playing so you don't feel rushed. Just my opinion. Overall, I will eat here again for PHO.
Brandon Wanner
Great Vietnamese restaurant. The Pho is on par with some of the best I've had. The mango boba was a nice little sweet treat. The waiters are polite and helpful, but give you your privacy. I will definitely go back.
Ashley McArthur
All I can say is that I am just about addicted to the beef Pho #12. I have eaten at least 4 times per week since I tried it. The food is tasty ... have tried #36 and the egg rolls as well. The shrimp spring rolls seem fresh as well
Cody Slyter
Fast, friendly service and amazing pho. Stopped by for lunch and will definitely be back. The pho broth was top notch to say the least. Very fair pricing for the quality.
I had eaten here long ago while I lived in Pensacola. It was delicious then,, and still is! My friend and I ordered soup and main courses - were VERY pleased!
Barbara Calvert Grant
I went here based on the listed reviews and loved it! Fresh, great food at an amazing price! Don't miss this jewel! I had #33, tremendous flavor.
K Keith
Cheap price for ridiculously good food. Simple ingredients packed full of flavor without being heavy or leaving you bloated if you eat too much.#33 is awesomeness I've eaten here for over 7 yrs. Typically I call ahead and place an order It's ready in 20 minutes or less hot and fresh only complaint is that they don't have another location on the west side of town near NAS if they did I would eat there 4 times a week! You would be stupid to not put this place on your regular restaurant rotation!!!!!!!!!

I've been coming to this restaurant for many years. Over the past year, the food and service have gone down significantly. Wanted to stop by today and try it again. Ordered the grilled pork, egg roll, and rice. Pork came out cold. I ask for my food to be remade. Waitress put the PLATE in the microwave. How would I know? I burnt my fingers when she handed the plastic plate back to me. Tried my best to eat it, but I was so disappointed, I wasn't able to finish my meal.
Jim
I hate to pan a place but the order fried egg rolls cold, 2nd order still cold, Com Tay Com was poorest excuse for a dish. No flavor whatsoever, i stopped eating it as the chicken and pork looked questionable to actually being chicken and bbq pork. Very disappointed by fellow foodies who could think this is good. Dont go, terrible, terrible, terrible.
Scott
I decided to take a break from the beach and try something new, and I noticed the high scores for this restaurant. Worst service I've ever experienced. It was almost comical. Food was mediocre at best. Will not be back.
Great food. My wife and both had rare beef pho, and spring rolls. Large portions and great flavours ensued. I recommend the place.

Last night, May 4th, my wife and I had dinner based on the reviews we found online. Unfortunately our experience was far from what others have stated. Service: Drink order came quickly. As I was looking at getting a spicy dish I inquired about the relative hotness of their dishes. The waitress could not be bothered with my questions and that was the last we saw of her until she brought our receipt that was handled by another waiter. Now as to the food, spring rolls were fine, well stuffed etc. My wife ordered the spicy chicken curry soup, once received she was desperate to spice it up. Even I found it lacking and felt it had a sweet taste. Curry flavor has yet to be found!! I ordered the spicy shrimp, crab, calamari fried rice. It finally arrived in excess of 10 minutes after my wife's meal. Needless to say she was done eating. My dish was nothing more than white rice in a light sauce with extremely undercooked/raw ingredients. It did not appear nor taste like it had ever come close to "fried". One star for ambiance and parking.

The Absoloute Best I've found. This is the style of Vietnamese food I have longed for. Had the lunch special: $6.95 shrimp and vegetables (broccoli, bok choy, carrot, onion, snowpeas) in a light, fragrant brown sauce. Choice of fried or steamed rice, the most wonderful won ton soup I've ever had and a choice of eggroll or spring roll. I chose fried rice. It was delicious, not greasy or overly salty, just full of flavor. My daughter had General Taos chicken that was not too spicy, just right for her. I saw at the next table a gentleman having a bowl of pho and it was a huge bowl, gianormous. The luncheon serving was generous. The menu is extensive 7-8 pages. Outside the building is modest, interior is tastefully decorated and clean. This place is a gem. Most menu items were 7.25 to 8.95. Including dinner. The service was great. I just can't say enough good things about this place except I'll be back.
Yo-meggie
Amazingly delicious. Haven't had food this awesome of any sort in a long time. We had the pho the first time and their broth is so flavorful and soothing but spicy! It was exactly what my hangover needed. This time I tried #36 which is grilled pork with eggroll. So dang good. I should have gotten 2 of them. We also love their boba tea.
Mattwinkles
Amazing everytime. I was introduced to this restaurant a few months ago and now I go religiously. The food is always incredible and the staff is very courteous and professional. Highly recommend this place to anyone who has not tried pho or any other Vietnamese dish.

So-o good...my favorite. Have been going to TuDo for 20 years and can never get past my 3 favorite items on the menu. The grilled pork in any dish is delicious. Love the steamed vermicelli with grilled pork, lettuce and herbs. I will so miss theair great lunches when when move out of state.

This place has the best flavor I've ever had. Golden Bowl of Photo next door doesn't compare. I only went there when Tudor was renovating and closed down. My long standing favorite dishes I always get and highly recommend are the #41 combo vermicelli with meat balls, and the #2 rice wrapped spring rolls. Their fish and peanut sauces are top notch. Perfect mix of spice and sweetness. I pray this place stays in business forevermore. Tu-Do may be the bane of my existence, but what a tasty way to go. :)
Brian Peters
Long relationship. I started going to Tu-Do's back when it was on Davis Hwy across from the Omni Fitness club which at that time was a Food World or some sort of grocery store. Food was excellent. After the move to their present location, food and sanitation was still very good. But lately, past year or so, food has become greasy, less tasteful, and sanitation is lacking as well as customer service. Manager and staff often seem to be bickering in presence of customers. I don't give Tu-Do's much longer to survive unless they change.
Jenny
First visit and loved it. The pho is delicious. The chicken with hot chili and lemongrass is also very good. Go hungry. Portions are huge!
Tinkerab
Wow, really good!. Granted this was the first time we had eaten Vietnamese food but we will definitely go back! Went for Mother's Day and all 4 of us ordered Pho. It was so flavorful and filling. Huge bowls. Lots of fresh veggies to add. And the fried egg rolls were incredible!
Facebook User
Frequent Flyer. I go here often! I have brought many friends and turned them into TuDo holics as well. My favorite is the egg rolls, stuffed chicken wings, grilled chicken, pho, and the best #94! its a lime marinated beef carpaccio. so refreshing and flavorful! If you've never been here, you should try it!
Lma11d
Favorite!. This place is my favorite. I could eat here every day. The pho is on point, as well as the fried and fresh spring rolls. Don't miss this stop.
Spencer Wiley
Wonderful. Finally ate here and it was everything expected and more. We started with the fried egg rolls and they were some of the best that I have ever had, and I come from a Chinese background! I had the fried egg noodle basket with shrimp and fresh vegetables and it was absolutely phenomenal. All the vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly and there were a multitude of shrimp, which was unexpected! I highly recommend Tu-Do to anyone who appreciates Vietnamese cuisine.

Second Visit, Twice as Good!. This is our second trip to Pensacola to visit Tu-Do. As someone else wrote, better than our last visit! I recently found out that I have a lot of food allergies and am gluten intolerant. The waitress was very helpful and gave me a great suggestion that I could have. Definitely a must stop in Pensacola!

-----05 Dec, 2013-----

Awesome!!. Right down the street from our hotel, LaQuinta, in Pensacola. I had #100, the regular size beef Pho special, and my husband had #118, the mixed meat vermicelli. It reminded me of one of my favorites, some salad. Service was super fast, restaurant is very nice inside. Absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back our next trip through Pensacola.

Best Vietnamese Restaurant ever. We have been going to Tu-Do for over 13 years. It has always been consistently delicious. If anything, it just gets better and better. I seriously could eat here everyday if I was given the choice. :)

The goi-cuon (spring rolls) are my favorite appetizer, followed by the bun-thit-thom-nuong (Vermicelli noodle bowl with pork, shrimp, etc) and their clear soup with the clear noodles! OMG! Amazing. We have lived in a lot of places, but the Vietnamese restaurants are NEVER like Tu-Do. So everytime we come back to Pensacola, we eat here. More than once. :) When family visits Pensacola on vacation, they eat here also.

It looks like a funky place from the outside, and its on a busy street that is hard to turn off of, but don't be fooled. Its worth it!!!!!!!

GREAT FOOD GOOD PRICES.

Pho and #52 :) yum

We have been coming here frequently for years. At least once a week. Lol. Everything from the stuffed wings to pho is delicious and fresh. I have nearly tried every single thing on the menu and am always pleased. Can't leave without an avocado boba
WanderLust
Great food!! I never had Vietnamese food prior to eating here so I didn't know what to expect. I got the pho. I can best describe it as noodle soup. But so much more than that. The flavors are mouth watering. Add they bring fresh cillantro, bean sprouts and jalapeños to add to it. Its a big bowl of warmth!! I have had the chicken dishes as well which are good too. I always get the boba drink. It's like a smoothie with tapioca pearls. I highly recommend the taro. It's their specialty drink. I also love the avocado boba drink. If you want to try something different this is the place!! I'm a regular there now! You will love it.
Louis
LOVE Tudo!!!. This the best Asian restaurant in Pensacola. and one of the best restaurants PERIOD. The food is consistently good. There is always a lot of Asian people eating there, which I can only believe is a sign of authenticity,
Anna Hrybyk
Awesome. Get the Vietnamese crepe.
Jeremy Cowart
A +++. Delicious!! Very good. generous portions, but also very filling so you'll definitely go home with left overs. loved it. i'll be back

Expect what you pay for. The taste of food here is decent but nothing spectacular. I like their boba fruit drinks. They are super good.
Rebecca
Favorite place to eat. Love this place! I usually have Pho Ga (chicken) and the eggrolls. The grilled pork with rice is also flavorful and delicious! Prices are cheap. At first, I thought the staff was a little rude and not as attentive as I'm used to....now I'm a regular, and I think the waitress/waiter style is just cultural...I think they don't want to constantly be bugging people. I have taken many people here and they have all enjoyed. And you can stop in the nail shop next door and get a fabulous eyebrow wax!
Nathan White
Not my favorite. I guess I'm not a fan of Vietnamese food. My wife and I went here and we did not enjoy the food. We ordered spring rolls. They were served cold in a sticky, translucent wrap. Reminded me of sushi. My wife had the caramelized chicken and didn't enjoy it. I really didn't see anything on her plate that looked like it had been cooked for it to caramelize. It was also very bland. I asked the waiter for a recommendation. He recommended a seafood, fried rice dish that he said was very spicy. It arrived and looked like most Chinese shrimp fried rice dishes that I've had, only with less taste. It was very bland and not spicy at all. I had to add sriracha sauce just to eat it.

The service was also very bad. Though there was plenty of staff around, our waiter was waiting tables, running the cash register, and disappearing into the kitchen for extended periods of time (was he cooking too?). He never came by to check on our drinks and was fairly rude when taking our order. It's a place that I won't visit again.
Meghan Renfroe
I loved the food. It was authentic, it was the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. So when my fiancé reached the bottom of the plate I didn't expect to see a big chip. It was the size of pepperoni on a pizza. We said something to the waiter and he just said "it's okay ". Well it's not okay with us. It's unsanitary. We didn't tip & next time we'll check out their competition. I loved the food though. You decide.
Foodanator
Good stuff. Love this place. Good service with fair prices and huge portion sizes, not to mention the quality of the food. Definitely worth a try.

Tasty Pho. Will definitely be back.
RLG
Great Food!. My husband introduced me to this place after he tried it on a lunch break and I love the food. We have been several times and the food is always good. The service is usually good also but we went there about a week ago and the service was really bad. We never got refills, had to ask another waiter to get to go boxes and our bill. Most of the time the service is good. I will go again because the food is good.
Paul Bit
Great food and big portions. The boba drinks are great!
Rev. Rooster
I Miss This Place!!!. While I attended PCC this was my home away from home. My buddies and I would come here on Friday nights and order a whole tables worth of food! As far as whats best, I love it all. Their springrolls are out of this world (ask for a little fish sauce to dunk them in).
Quay Adam
Like pho. Pho here very taste,,, i like it,, alway best pho in pensacola.
just one thing i don't like the service, server sometime doesn't take care their customer

Clean Tasting-Consistently Great. We eat here several times a month. The food is always excellent. You leave the restaurant feeling satisfied and refreshed not bogged down by grease. Fresh cilantro, mung sprouts, awesome bar-b-q pork with peanuts seasoned just right...yum. Try the stuffed chicken wings.
Mustafa
Great Place!. Tu-Do is great, period.

Great food, great prices, friendly service, and clean.

I've taken people who think Chinese food represents what all Asian food is and some of those people do not like what passes for Chinese food here, greasy... and they are blown away with how good Tu-Do and Vietnamese cooking is.

Definitely give the place a try, Tu-Do is worth your time.

I Got Hooked.... First tried TuDu beginning of last year. Loved it. Have been going back at least 2 to 3 times a month . I live in Perdido, so it's not right around the corner for me. Terrific food, service and prices. "try it - you'll like it!"
Sue
My Favorite. Vietnamese restaurant! If you want fresh, hot, inexpensive, wonderful Asian cusine, this is the place! I would eat there every day if I lived closer. They open early for lunch, I've been there before 1100 and they are happy to serve me. Highly Recommended!!!
Kristina Nichole
Tu-Do Vietnamese Restaurant. Great Thai Bubbly Tea!! Nice, affordable, and really good food

Great place to eat. I always get the pho soup, and it is always amazing. Thank you.
Wanda
I used to swear by Tudo until I had Golden Palace just down the street from it. I will never go to Tudo again.

Good and close to I-10. New Orleans (my home) has lots of VN people , and lots of good VN restaurants, so I have been to plenty. This is a good VN restaurant. I come to Pensacola a few times a year, and I go each time at least once.

Been three times and been treated nice. I like the section on the menu that specifies "authentic southern VN" as I always look for the unusual and authentic. And the fact that your waiter/tress might not speak good English adds to authenticity. In broken English, my waiter taught me how to eat the authethic dish I was trying for the first time.

I don't like the fact they have some more Chinese-oriented dishes, but heck, they got to please more than the hard core.

If you are driving through on I-10, it is not that far off the freeway.

OMG-GOOD. I love Tu-DO! I have been going here for years. I can pretty much recommend everything on the menu, especially the soups. The ingredients are fresh, the food comes out quick and the service is great. I do Take-Out here as well. Only drawback is the dated decor, a bit dingy looking. But who cares when the food is so fantastic!
Tom Morgan
Try the quail, I did and I wasn't disappointed.
Elizabeth
Try #94. This place is great. The decor could use some updating but that is a minor detail since the food is so good. I always get the 94 (sorry, I can't think of the name right now). It is a vietnamese dish with thin-sliced raw beef "cooked" in citrus juices, cilantro, onions, and crushed peanuts. It comes with steamed rice. It's amazing. I've heard the ribs are good, too - I know some folks who regularly drive from the other side of Destin to Pensacola for them. Definitely try it out!
Jake
Solid Viet Experience. Been eating here since the early 90's when it was on Davis. Best bets: Beef Salad with lime, Smoked Rice, Duck Noodle Soup, Lemongrass chicken.
Uwfalum98
Love the Pho, the staff is extremely friendly and provide prompt service.
Tiana
Great pho! It's amazing everytime I've ordered it. It always tastes fresh with fresh veggies to add. Tu-do is the reason for my often pho cravings. The thai tea boba (tapioca) drink is also amaaaaazing! I've had the Thai tea and the jackfruit and both were delicious and refreshing.
Checks And Balances
Always Great. I eat at Tu-Do all the time and I've never been less than completely satisfied. The servers are quick, the food is always fantastic and the prices can't be beat. This has to be one of the best values in all of Pensacola. The portions are generous and the food is incredibly fresh. I've tried over 20 dishes here and I've loved them all. They do a great job with their Pho, the broth is so intense with flavor. They also recently updated the interior a bit and its nice. I bring all my out of town friends here because its one of the very few restaurants in Pensacola that you can be proud to show off the food.
April
Good, not consistent. I have been eating at Tu Do for years, back when it was a hole in the wall place across from what was Food World on Davis Hwy and now is Omni Gym (the old Tu Do was torn down years ago).
Lately the food is not as good as it was, but if you're craving a bowl of Pho, this is the place to get it. Service is terrible, be prepared to wait awhile for your meal and not all the servers speak good English. But it is not bad and you cannot beat the prices. #32 is one of my favorites as well as the Pho bowls.

TuDos Makes Us Glad to Live in Pensacola. Even before we move to Pensacola, we loved TuDos. What is not to love? Delicious, healthy, tasty, authentic food at reasonable prices? Yes! We love the fresh salad rolls, I love their won ton soup (just the broth when I have a cold) and their appetizer chicken salad is to die for. We make it a point to try different things, but I keep coming back for #32, the vermicelli (bun) with barbecued pork. You can't possibly eat it all, so take half home for lunch the next day; it will still taste delicious.

We delight that TuDos is often packed with people from all walks of life, but especially that we see a lot of Vietnamese eating there.
Mike Raney
Golden Palace is a much better choice.. I just ate at Tudo for the first time in years to compare it to Golden Palace. I'll tell you this, the sauces are watered down, the noodles overcooked, the pork bland, and the spring rolls lack any decent texture. I only recommend eating there if you like Sriracha sauce because you're going to need a lot of it if you want to taste something.
Golden Palace right next door has not only better, fresher food, but the service is great as well.
Will.i.E
#10 No Tripe!. I can honestly say that I eat here at least once every two to three weeks for lunch. During the cold months, going with their pho is a great choice. Good flavors, hearty broth, and great tasting meat (minus the tripe). Their vermicelli bowls are very good. They are not stingy with the meat. If you want a larger meal, go with a #53 - grilled pork chop on top of a bed of white rice with an egg loaf, fried egg, and pork skin… delicious!
Erik Tims
Very good Vietnamese food. Seems quite authentic too. Quick service and food prep. As to be expected poor English skills from the staff can be frustrating. Fairly priced and tasty!
Chris Atkinson
I know it's not authentic Vietnamese, but I always get shrimp fried rice when I come here, and it's amazing. Also, never get the bubble tea. Neverm
Pensacola
Try #32. Tons of grilled pork on vermicelli with herbs, lettuce, nuoc mam and a bit of pickled carrots and rutabaga. I've had other things here that are great including Pho and Fried flounder with rice, herbs and nuoc mam, but I keep going back to this dish.
Johann Ali
Went tonight on a hunch and was a little apprehensive based on some reviews on both urbanspoon and other online outlets. However, I have to say that I'm put off by tacky decor or dated looks - frankly as long as the food is good and service decent I'm happy. That said, I was really pleasantly surprised by Tu Do. The service was not at all poor or lacking, actually it was attentive enough and unobtrusive. If you need a fancy upscale or modern decor, this isnt the place or you...Now for the food... Thanks to my server, I went outside my comfort zone and by-passed the PhĹŤ as I normally get and tried the stuffed chicken wings. Delicious - especially if you're a meat eater! Next was the smoked rice (59). Wow - surprisingly good and nice undertones of smoke. I also got the beef with mushrooms. Couldn't find anything to complain about here either except that the food was so fresh I had to wait (begrudgingly) for it to cool a bit! Web you consider it's unpretensiousness, food quality, quantity and price, you can't go wrong here. I the reviewer that said surprisingly good sums it up best!
Sang Yu Yi
Really good very surprised
Amber Strickland Green
I love their food and go everytime I get a chance! Love 10s, all the pho's, great spring rolls...haven't ever ordered anything that I didn't love!!!
Cassandra Milligan
I will definitely be returning in spite of the shoddy service and lackluster decor. We ordered shrimp and pork spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, pork chops on fried rice and stir fry chicken curry. All of the food was very fresh and served in absurdly large portions for approximately $7 per entree. The curry was standard but good (order dark meat, white is too dry) but the pork chops are outstanding. Tender, smoky and sweet. The rolls were insanely fresh but I didn't care for the peanut sauce, it tasted a little too tangy. Worth the trip.
ChemESGH
Best Vietnamese/Asian restaurant in town. Get #52 and an order of eggrolls. Best. Food. Ever.
MyDesignGraphics.com
Love it!. Food is great! And I love their Young Coconut drink!
Isavewithgeico
Loves me some pho. This place is great, and the only Vietnamese rest I think of when craving pho or a grilled pork chop. The menu is huge and everything is numbered so it's easy to order. Everything is priced reasonably about $6-$10, but is fresh and well worth the money.
LawDawgs Mama
Yumm-O. I honestly can't remember what I have had the three times I have been there- but I do know all three have been great.
I think I had the spring rolls as an appetizer. The ones that are wrapped in the soft white wrap, and are served cool. Oh my- I could eat just those as my meal.
I had some sort of pork lemongrass dish once, and I ate so much I had to unbutton my pants before I left. I also had enough to eat for lunch the next day also- and it was fairly inexpensive for lunch (under 10 if I remember correctly).
I was a little Leary going there at first b/c there were no cars in the parking lot, and no one in the restaurant. It was the best of luck for us though- it was like we got VIP treatment. The owners of this place really respect and are thankful for your business.
Plus the food is just awesome.
Alb
I could wax eloquent about this place.. #58 Spicy Seafood Rice and #90 Curry Fried Tofu are bliss. Especially if you order both and mix them together. Perfectly spiced, and there are always leftovers! The menu is gigantic and though I have been here many times, I cannot get past #58 or #90! My love for these dishes runs deep. I could die for one of their Pork & Shrimp Spring Rolls with peanut sauce. Tu-Do is the best I have ever seen as far as quality and amount of food for the price, which is incredibly affordable. I cannot give it a high enough reccommendation!
Badger
I had 11b which was a pho with shrimp and meatballs - - the broth was fabulous and there were lots of shrimp. The meatballs were not my favorite as they were definitely not homemade, and just tasted of processed meat. Regardless it was a huge bowl of pho and I enjoyed it immensely. I also had the fresh spring rolls which came with a sweet peanut sauce. I've definitely had better peanut sauce, although this one was ok. There were 3 spring rolls in the order - - - what a great value!!! I'll definitely be back.
James Parrish Coleman
The food is ok, but the service is indifferent. Go next door
Bionic Woman
Wonderful!. Pho is delicious. They bring out a plate of cilantro, jalapeno, limes, basil, and bean sprouts with the pho and it's nice being able to add only those ingredients that I like. The spicy seafood fried rice was also exceptional. Service was very friendly and prompt. Looking forward to going again.
Lindsey Lou
Pho Sho!. This is my new 'must eat at' spot when I'm in Pensacola. The shredded pork spring rolls in rice paper were great. The pho was awesome and came with a huge pile of bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, limes, japs and lemongrass so you can doctor it up to your liking. They don't skimp on quantity, the price can't be beat and the service was really friendly. So Pho King Delicious!

So good I cried. Actually so hot I cried. But it was a happy cry, and I ordered something hot, which nobody made me do. Great food. "A"

A Touch of Asia. Menu is mostly in vietnamese but, its a surprise when it comes out and there entrees are very large portions. You get your moneys worth. Don't expect the waitresses to speak English very well.

Consistently Fresh and Delicious. A place where the locals dine, it has quaint and an unpretentious dining area. The selection is vast, though my favorite is their chicken soup-- served with a side dish of fresh herbs and sprouts.

I only wish I lived closer to Tu-Do!

Totally Disappointed. My husband and I ate and enjoyed this place for a year before we were served some thing that had us sick for about 20 hours. Since then we haven't been able to think about Tu-Do without nausea. Eat At Your Own Risk.

Everytime I get the chance to eat at tu-du's I do. The pho is the best. A family of four can get a great meal for less than $40!

Great!. Great food for a great price. $7 goes a long way at Tu-Do.

Great Pho!. A great selection of food here, and I never leave hungry. I always get seated promptly and the food never takes long to arrive. I usually order from the "Specials" selection. They also have boba drinks here. Boba is also known as bubble tea, which is just a tapioca balls. I get a Thai tea or jackfruit boba drink.

I end up usually getting the pho (noodle soup) or the bun (noodle dish). Expect to pay about $6-8 dish, but it is well worth the price you pay.If you enjoy a fresh prepared meal with lots of flavor, this is it~!

Great! Was hoping they serve beef jerky and green papaya salad

Great and cheap. Very good food. Don't be afraid if you've never had Vietnamese. They also have very large portions. $ 7will completely fill you up.

It has changed ownership once or twice but it remains the only place I would consider sending someone to try out Vietnamese food. It's not quite my mother's cooking but it sure does comes close.

I love me a good ethnic restaurant. I've been to TuDo for the pho (fuh) at least two dozen times. There are a lot of other tasty offerings, though.
