We had a delicious meal and great service at Union Block Italian in Penn Yan. Fresh pasta and salad dressings made in house. A small bistro with big panache! Highly recommend!

The food was good but not great. I did not care for the pasta sauce. It was the first time there it was a long ride from Victor where we live . Do not think we will go back.

I was looking for a restaurant while traveling through Penn Yan, and I found Union Block. The reviews say it all. The food is fantastic as well as the service. We enjoyed Lobster Mac and Cheese and Chicken Parm. I had a hard time selecting with so many great options on the menu. They serve excellent garlic bread with whole garlic and olive oil, all covered with parmesan cheese. Delicious. They also have excellent wine and beer choices. Our server Ashley was great. We did not have a reservation for our party of 6, but they were able to accommodate us on a Saturday. Night. I would come back again. Loved it!
