Worst dunking donuts, I’ve made two mobile orders ten minutes away and my drinks are never made. So when I get there, I have to wait like I placed an order in the store. Also, there customer service is horrid. I live less than a minute but I’ll travel to Penn hills location on rodi or monroeville. This one is so sub par!

We just stopped for a couple donuts while out running errands. Not only was the service super slow by the time we got to the window the girl had to ask 3 times what kind of donuts we wanted. We ordered 3 chocolate iced donuts. They were just tossed into the bag and all the icing was stuck to the inside of the bag. I am not someone that normally leaves bad reviews as I have been in customer service 15+ years but this is the WORST I have ever seen.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Manager was throwing people out of the store because it was too busy. I had to cancel my order because I didn’t have an extra 30 minutes to wait for a breakfast sandwich. The manager yelled customers because they kept messing up the orders. Called corporate and they said they have had too many complaints about the store. The district manager contacted me and mailed me free coupons, a few weeks later figured I would give them another shot and was told the coupons were already used. That is simply not true. I will never go back, they lost a customer for life.
