Update 8/16/21: Was in the area and in a pinch when my family requested KFC. Thought to myself that it might be a better experience. I was wrong! 10pc thighs & drumsticks and the thighs looked like this! Not to mention the inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket and seeping through it. Disgusting!! Never again! 7/7/21 at 5:38PM - Got into the drive-thru line. 5:45PM - Order taken, I paid & was told to pull around into their parking lot to wait. 6 - 6:07PM - I sit with 2 other cars waiting and watch a white female staff come out to smoke out back, 1 staff leave and 3 more staff arrive for work. 6:13PM - I call about my order & ask to speak to the manager (doors were locked). Total unprofessionalism! Staff yelled to the female manager who yelled back for me to call back in 5min. I refused saying that I'd already came through and was waiting in the lot. Then, I could hear the manager yelling at and disrespecting me so I asked for her name and was hung up on. 6:25PM - My order's brought out without my receipt. Staff refused to get it or give me the manager's name. Just emailed corporate as well!

Quick Summery, they got everything wrong. Again. I ordered from DoorDash last night, 8 extra crispy chicken, a chicken bowl (No corn), and a large mashed potato with gravy for an early New Years party. What arrived was 6 normal chicken, chicken bowl (with corn), and a small mashed potato without gravy. Look, I understand that it's annoying. I ordered something kinda large, 45 min before closing, I've worked at kfc before. But when someone spends $50 on a single fast food order, at least one thing should be right in said order.

I would like to thank the young man this morning no less than about 20 minutes ago I received the order it was totally not what I ordered the lady the young lady that was at the window removed yourself but Young man they came to the window handled it with in a professional manner Thank you to him very much don’t know his name tall thin young black man you did your job very professional thank you chicken strip lady
