Burger King

In a city seemingly in the middle of nowhere is this random franchise Burger King. On the way to Detroit Lakes my mom makes a comment about how good this fast food place is. BK absolutely sucks now. Challenge accepted mother. On our way back through this dusty town we hit the drive thru. No joke, we ordered two whoppers with cheese, and it was an absolute banger of a fast food meal. Hats off to the franchise owner of this brand for literally giving me back memories of when burger king was actually good. Salute.

I hadn't been to a burger king for many years but this seemed like about the only place open in the evening at pelican rapids... We went through the drive up window... The fella working was very pleasant... My fish burger bun was very dry and there was hardly any tarter sauce on it.... And the taste of the fish wasn't the greatest... It will probly be awhile before I stop at a burger king again...

So I went to Burger King Friday the 13th 2022 Laker to drive through and made us wait my a piece mozzarella stick was only a five-piece not fresh so I turned around went back remind you I'm not even from Pelican Rapids I am a tourist coming through Pelican Rapids so I turn around and go back I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and at least mozzarella sticks my spirits here at this Burger King will never ever once again go back I need a lot of stuff that I should have seen employees not wearing uniform employees not wearing gloves and touching the food me and my son were disgusted didn't even eat the food to gain when you end up throwing it away after I seen them not wearing gloves touching their face it was absolutely disgusting if you can have them for you but don't speak English and understand the meaning of what the porters are then you shouldn't have them at all and also they should be wearing the right equipment in the right uniform and not touching her face and using no gloves make you sandwiches they should be using gloves absolutely disgusting place I'll never stop again

I know help is hard to find but Sat at drive up waiting to give my order for 15 minutes and was told twice we will be with you shortly. Finally just left. At least 6 cars behind us with people getting mad at us like we were doing something wrong. Normally like to stop here, hope things get better for them.

I sat here after paying for 30 mins as everyone around me got their food. After complaining twice I was then asked for a receipt that I never received. I told her my order showed her I had got my drinks already she went inside for about 10 more mins and walked out with a bag or cold food said here you and ran back inside. If you are this under staffed and have this bad of customer service. Do NOT open. This was absolutely ridiculous I will never stop here again! I want a full refund for this! I ordered a whopper meal chicken fries meal and nuggets. Btw it was drive thru only no lobby open!
