Sunrise Pizza & Subs

Not only where the people behind the counter where nice. But the pizza was the bomb! Soft in the middle with a nice crunch to it at the same time. The pizza was well done half cheese and half green pepper and onions. My favorite style of Pizza with a side order of mozzarella sticks with a delicious marinara sauce on the side. This spot hit the spot.

I did a delivery order while I was staying at the Hampton on Rt. 1 in Peabody. I had a cheeseburger sub (the medium was very large, 2 1/4 lb patties with plenty of cheese) on a really nice sesame seed sub roll. I also got a small (they call it medium... I never quite understood why people can't just call their 2 sizes small and large but whatever...) cheese, peppers and olive pizza. It was excellent. It was a very crispy pizza and kind of thin, but not so thin that you missed the dough. It was a good size (I guess that's why they call it medium instead of small now that I'm thinking about it) and the toppings tasted fresh and there were plenty of them. I ordered extra cheese and I'm glad I did. I think that by ordering extra cheese I got just enough cheese, so you may want to order extra cheese as well. By the way, the delivery was fast and the guy who took my order and the guy who delivered it were both friendly.

I go consistently for their teriyaki steak and cheese sub. I recommend a large with extra teriyaki sauce. Their pizza has always been good, and it's been the same owner for several years. Hes always friendly and offering good service. I have not seen them make any mistakes with my orders over the years.

I have never eaten here, but I certainly won’t ever now. This place decided it would be a great idea to go around our apartment complex leaving paper menus on everyone’s car. I thought I was lucky enough to not have anyone touch my car, but the menu was actually wedged down in between the hood and windshield, and I didn’t realize it. Washed the car and now there’s wet paper stuck all over my car/ engine bay. Also, now these menus are littered all over the apartment complex because lazy people won’t throw them away in the dumpster. Leaving trash all over my car and apartment is not the way to get me to try your restaurant.
