Nordstrom Cafe

The customer service staff treat you like a common criminal not all just one lady in particular a little older with dark brown hair extremely rude and sat there and spoke Ill of me to another staff well she had somebody else help me. Me and my family will no longer stop there and I don't recommend it cuz God forbid you lose your receipt you can't exchange return or do anything with it.

I shop at Nordstrom in Peabody frequently and always have a great experience! I was there today looking to buy some perfumes and lotions and the girls were so helpful! Alexis spent a good amount of time with me and I'm very grateful for all of her help! All of the employees have gone above and beyond every time I've ever been there. I am a very happy customer!

We went in to find either a raincoat or pullover for my daughter. Women's fashion is upstairs. Escalators and elevator available. The prices, even for clearance, gave us sticker shock 😲. Bathroom was in good shape. It's a shame they closed the upstairs lounge area. They have nice artwork on the walls. Cafe available upstairs. Everything was spaced out. Lots of elbow room. Arrows on floor marking directions to travel. Hand sanitizer available. Facemasks required and are for sale. Staff were wearing facemasks.

If I could give a zero I would. The way management has the store running is horrible. The employees lack everything when it comes to being professional. The fact they think it's ok to give you a used floor shoe, with a box that looks like it got ran over is insane. You pay for what you get, I'm talking about almost a $600 dollar sandal that looks used when I opened the box. It was a online pick up my fiancée did for my bday. It wasn't till I opened it as a bday gift I noticed everything. They probably thought it was ok to do this to him because he's a man. Very disappointed with this location !
