The Rhody Hen

We were at the office at 11:30 and still hadn't had breakfast but lunch was right around the corner and decided to give the Rhode Hen Cafe a try. We called in an order for takeout and it was ready 20 minutes later. We got the Garden Chick Sandwich, Chicken & Waffles and and order of french toast with berries on it. I cannot say enough about how every single dish was bursting with flavor. The chicken was seasoned to perfection and the waffles were not dry. The sandwich was absolutely delicious as well, I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I absolutely loved it. Lastly the french toast was just probably the best french toast I've ever had. Really perfection. This is NOT your average breakfast/lunch spot. It's an absolute must try, and we'll be back over and over. Just 6 minutes from work!

Small parking lot, was a little difficult to find parking since most of the surrounding area is permit only. Forty minute wait on a late Sunday morning which we kind of suspected since they have limited seating and are a popular spot. Coffee was great! Breakfast was excellent! Service was friendly and attentive. Prices were reasonable. I give the whole experience a 4 out of 5.
