While waiting in the drive thru, I watched what was going on inside. I shouldn’t have. What I saw was 1 girl eating fries with gloves on, then immediately packing an order. One guy again with gloves on, rubbing his nose then reaching for a lid to put on a cup. The list goes on…..The floor was disgusting. I grabbed my food and threw it out.

Literally the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I went a few times to make sure. Food is always mostly cold. I waited for 10 minutes and got 3 cold stale nuggets and one piping hot nugget in my 4pice. They charged me for extra apples when they had to substitute the chunks that normally come with oatmeal for slices. They don't stock the chunks. Served burned coffee with perfume on the lid. Cold cheeseburgers, cold fries, cold chicken.

The lady was VERY RUDE, Im waiting in drive thru for a Grubhub order and Ive been waiting for about 20 minutes and I said hello at the speaker and the manager with red hair told me I can get out of line for being impatient and she refuses to give me the Grubhub order , I also made an order for myself as well and never got it because she refused to service me for saying hello at the speaker, this is unacceptable and disgusting she needs to be fired , VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..

I advise all McDonald's customers to AVOID ordering McCafe Drinks from this McDonald's or McDonald's in general! I purchased a medium caramel frappe from here last Saturday afternoon and shortly thereafter started to feel heartburn and my stomach churning. After, a short while this resulted in upset stomach and diarrhea. That night, I dealt with the worst heartburn i have ever experienced to this day. The following morning, my body became super itchy and began breaking out in rashes and hives! After speaking to my Dr., She concluded that this seemed like some sort of allergic reaction, although I have no know allergies and have never experienced hives. After doing a bit of research, it turns out that McCafe machines have a cleaning system that if not properly maintained and serviced, can allow chemicals and dirty water to enter the McCafe Drinks. I advise McDonald's customers to stay away from these drinks. Management Please train employees to clean and inspect these machines regularly so that no one else gets as sick as i did from this. Thank you.
