I have been going here for as long as I can. I'm 30 & there's never been a moment I don't remember kips being around. They have always the greatest food and the friendliest staff. I've never loved a diner so much like Kips. I'm lucky to have been able to live close to kips to be able to go there all my life. I give them 5 stars because they have never given me a reason to complain or dislike this etablishment.

Breakfast or lunch, you can't go wrong here. It's our go to spot for weiners for many many years now. This is your typical Rhode Island diner with all the quirks of a locals joint! Enjoy the atmosphere for what it is rather than trying to make it into a pretentious upscale restaurant. I've read some reviews and those that are upset or disappointed by this place just don't get it, if you're looking for an authentic RI experience this is a good place to visit. Oh, the home fries go great with the weiners :-)

Affordable 70's looking diner on the corner in a small plaza.
My son gets a kick out of the inside because u fell loke ur back in time. Not retro, just old. Decent diner food and hot wieners tho.
Wish they still had the juke boxes on the tables but they do take out only now.

Don't let the appearance fool you, the food is very good here. Parking is available around back. Prices and portions are terrific. The wait staff and cooks do their thing very well and are friendly. Kip's has been there for years, so they're obviously doing something right! When I'm in the area and hungry I stop in, it's worth the visit.

I've genuinely never felt more at home in any restaurant. Food is delicious, abundant and reasonably priced. Service is fast and staff are friendly. I've been there four times now and yet I have no negative criticism for it. Highly recommend.

Been going there for breakfast for years on the weekends. The breakfast special is a great price..food is really good. Give it a try.. and don't forget in the afternoon, to try the hot wieners...they are some of the best around.

Great food place was one of the cleaner wiener joints I have been to. The reason I put two stars was the piss poor attitude from one of the waitresses. To bad one bad apple can ruin for the rest. I was looking forward to something good in the new neighborhood I guess I'll take the ride to sams on mineral spring for the great service and always awesome food. If you don't like your job QUIT.
