My friend and I went here for lunch. The lunch special was so plentiful, yummy, and affordable. My friend who is a little more high maintenance than myself was also pleased. We marveled at how clean everything was including the restroom. Service was sweet and our ice teas were marvelous. In the mood for Indian food, this is the place to go.

This restaurant is the best Indian Restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious and flavorful! The employees, management and everyone there always make you feel welcome and goes out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your meal! If you haven’t been here you are missing out! I can’t even name just one favorite because everything is fantastic but if I had to it would be Shrimp Madras and Aloo Gobi!

We went here on a weekend for dinner, ambience was good. Food tasted nice but was quite heavy on the stomach. We ordered dhokla, aloo tikki chaat, veg biryani and jackfruit masala. Dhokla was super dry, aloo tikki was really good, biryani was good but more like a pulao, jackfruit was okay. Servers and management are attentive and warm.

Reviews were great so we thought of stopping by this weekend. From the outside, the restaurant looked underwhelming but changed as soon as you enter. The layout is quite different. There is a bar seating as well but we went at around 5-5:30 PM EST and did not see anyone there. The staff was very friendly. We ordered a lot of food and I mean a lot for 2 people. So let me start with the food.
IPA - Good
Mango Lassi - Not good. It tasted very diluted. For $5, that's pretty expensive for a watery lassi.
Chicken Tandoori - Excellent. Don't order the potato masala. We did a mistake there. Should have just taken rice. The potato masala is basically the masala put in masala dosas and I am not a big fan of that taste. The lentil which came with the tandoori was too good.
Bengali mutton - I have no idea why it's called Bengali!! I am from Bengal and a pure Bong. If you say Bengali mutton, my mind goes to mutton kosha or even homemade mutton and Bengalis love potatoes in mutton which it did not have. So I wouldn't rate this at 5. I will give it 3 just for the mutton pieces. It wasn't chewy, unlike other restaurants.
Bengali seafood stew - Again why is it Bengali?? Just adding peas doesn't make the food Bengali. In Bengal, prawn/shrimp curry is famous but it's mostly malaikari. But this was very salty and bland. So I would give a 1. It's expensive as well.
Chicken Biryani - Noooo. How can you mess that up!! It was too much spice and not the authentic Indian biryani taste. At least nothing like we get in Bengal or Chennai or north India. Hard pass on biryani.
Chocolate lava cake - It was good.
So overall I will say it's very expensive. Quantity is enough for two people.
But don't know if our 2 hr drive was worth it.

I had quite a good experience there in terms of food. It was tasty
They do have a really good garlic bread. However, they served mushy rice which was weird. The water I got had a strange bitter flavor.
The plants inside are fake and the bathroom was dirty. Overall the place looked a bit greezy and untidy.
The cool thing about this place is their rewards system with points and free food!

Staff and service were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy but a little outdated. The curry Mango chicken was excellent as well as the garlic, asiago naan bread. Will definitely revisit next time we're in the area.

This is the best Indian restaurant in the United States. I have yet to find one better and I’ve been all over this country tasting the fare at other Indian restaurants. Sanjiv, The owner, is a kind and gentle soul who accepts nothing but the best from his staff. The various dishes are so fragrant and delicious that I find myself having Rasoi cravings. Whenever I am in RI, it’s usually the first stop on the way from the airport. If you want Indian food at it’s best, this is the place to go.
