Food was fantastic ! Didn't go inside but it was nice and clean so that a huge plus for me ! The service wasn't bad but not beat either. Not very good communication when I paid , took my card disappeared for a bit. Came back with my food handed me my card and that was it. Not friendly or helpful but not mean either , if that makes sense. Lol ! Then again I'm in the drive thru and am getting food fast ! And it was pretty quick 😁
I keep harping about service it can make or break a business, the gentleman "Josh" who was working the front counter here at Carl's was OUTSTANDING. Super nice got the order was done correctly and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was, awesome thanks Josh.
Food and service is spotty at this location. Speaking of spotty, no wifi today. Ordered a $2.99 California burger. Skipped the California Sauce and just got mayo. It was surprisingly good. This double cheese burger comes with lettuce, onion, and tomato. Not huge like a Big Carl, just about right for lunch. You can upgrade to a combo for more money. Still a good deal.
Very few customers at the lunch hour. Today the crew was very energetic and LOUD. So much chatter! I guess they weren't all that busy.
This location is NO longer a Green Burrito. Sorry to see that go.

Lovely place great customer service the taste is better than other Carl's Jr I been to mainly ones around San Francisco and they can't even compare to this one. Juicy patty, non burn or hard crust buns, to top off friendly smile that u don't really get in the city anymore.
The morning staff at this location is hands down the nicest customer service staff I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant! They are very kind and respond to my very energetic child with a smile and kind words! They make the food fresh and everything has always been served hot and fresh for me! Never given cold items/hashbrowns so on.. the food seems to taste better then other Carl's jrs. I think they change their grease more regularly as it shows in the fresher taste of deep fried items! They make switches for me since I dont eat meat ,without hassle, unlike some other Carl's jrs. if I am in a rush this is my breakfast choice haha I recommend it :) the beyond plant based burger is also delicious, try it in the new western way OMGoodness it is incredible lol
We had Carl's famous stars and shared fried zucchini. Disappointed that we had to go back up and ask for ranch dressing. But the burgers are always good. We will be back for the stars.
First milkshake I have had in years. Went here with my granddaughter. It was ok but not as good as I expected it to be since they use real ice cream.
This Carl's jr. Is very consistent their food is always good there's Services friendly in Fast and the restaurant is usually pretty clean. This Carl's is much better than the one in downtown Atascadero
Went during their "happy hour "had a 1.50 double cheese burger. Super fresh ,hot, melty and meaty. Great deal for a quick bite. It was 230pm.
