Called for information and the gal that answered was very polite and answered my questions. She also directed me to the app for better pricing and the best part is that the conversation didn’t feel rushed at all. The phone call wasn’t that long, but even then I could sense that she wasn’t “annoyed or inconvenienced” by someone calling for details. In today’s world and given that a lot of places are still understaffed this brief phone interaction was refreshing. Then the delivery gal was very nice as well. Order was delivered promptly and it was all correct. Thanks guys!

This is by far one of the most accommodating Pizza Huts with the best service in the Tri-Cities. The customer service should be the standard at all restaurants. Definitely recommend placing your Pizza orders at the Court Street location, big or small they will get the job done with excellent service and even better pizza!

Went in on Monday night, for some reason the order would not get through. We had waited for 30+ minutes for our food to come out. Manager on duty was very apologetic and had offered us free food and made it right.

Olivia was the absolute best and sweetest. I have made a comment on how I was not feeling well and she wrote Get well Soon on the box. The delivery driver was super nice and sweet too.He set the order down and waited until I got it with a smile and wished me a good night! Absolutely would recommend !

My big dinner box was nice and hot when I drove up in the Hut Lane to pick it up. My extra cheese pizza was delicious. The cheese sticks smelled wonderful. My husband enjoyed his hot wings. Thanks Pizza Hut for your years of excellent pizza.

This place has stepped up their game tremendously. Went on a sunday night. The pizza was amazing and the wings were very delicious! Got the cheesy bites pizza, awesome pizza! If they let you down I'm sorry but experience varies for everyone.
