For a restaurant that shares a building with an auto parts store, it is very good! It is a sit down restaurant with a classic diner feel to it. Prices are also very reasonable, and the wait staff is responsive. I ordered the Al Pastor tacos and they were excellent. The meat was tender and moist, with a tangy and rich flavor. They were served with red and green salsa. The Verde salsa was delicious, but I was not a fan of the red salsa. Neither salsa had much of a spicy kick to it, which was fine for me, but you might be disappointed if you like very spicy food!

I called súper last minute to see if they could squeeze in an order of rice and beans for 30 people and they made it happen. I would highly recommended this place.

This restaurant is a gem. The lengua was very well cooked and seasoned, as was the pork in the enchiladas. It also included complimentary chips and salsa. Everything was very tasty and I will definitely be back.

El Asadero is a great little Mexican restaurant. I picked it more or less at random off of Maps and was extremely impressed by the selection of classic Mexican dishes and particularly soups. The staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Pasco has many good Mexican restaurants and El Asadero is one of the good ones!

Thank you so much for my beef broth!! Loved it! Was very kind of a owner to give me some broth which I was looking all over for it today! They usually don't do that, but they did, thank you again!!🙏🕊️🌹☘️

Came down to the tri cities for a day trip with my spouse and decided to try the place out. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was quick and professional but friendly. We got the fajita asada and the shrimp ceviche bowl with Jarritos and a horchata. The complimentary salsa was probably the best I've ever had in my life!
