Friendlys is fine; there are no major complaints from me. The food isn't anything special in my opinion. I purchased the upgraded loaded fries and basically received the equilivent of a dab of cheese and teaspoon of bacon bits lol. Can't say it even added much to the flavor and I regret paying for the "upgrade". The food didn't stand out much at all, the equivalent of a steak and shake.
The ice cream on the other hand stood out from the rest of the meal. It appears this is something people bring up as being the highlight, and I agree. Lots of selections flavor wise, so you shouldn't have any issues finding something you like. The Halloween themed ice cream was a fun treat and night out.

It was icecreamtacular. Service was a little slow 25 min from ordering to receiving appetizers. Rest of service was timely though and food was what can be expected from Friendly's... ok food GREAT ice cream. But who goes to Friendly's for the microwaved food?
Quick, affordable, something for everyone. And Hayley was a great, patient server with our party's decisions. Burgers, wraps, ice cream all good.

Our waitress Olivia was very sweet and attentive to our big group tonight! The staff in general are very nice at the Lakeshore Friendly's. The food was good too. I would have like more chicken in my Crispy chicken salad, but was good, and only reason I'm giving 4 stars.
