Good tasting food, but served in small portions at this location. Dirty tables and for some reason my fortune cookies came in a plastic tied bag?

Very clean restaurant. Smiling, friendly service. Prices seemed a little high compared to similar eateries and my food was rather salty, but the quantity was good and the wait was reasonable. The bathroom was very clean also. Limited sauces available on the counter, soy and hot mustard. Would have liked plum sauce as well.

I love having a choice of healthy and delicious foods that you offer. Everything I’ve tried so far has been top notch and I have to give a shout out for your staff at this location. They have been so friendly and efficient giving service with real smiles! Means so much. Thanks 😁

Definitely not what you would call Traditional Chinese food, but there are plenty of other places in SGV for that. Higher quality and better tasting than some other Chinese-American fast food places (white-and-black marsupial brand). Their seasoning is salty but nicely cut by a bit of white rice. I'm a big fan of their House Special Chicken, and often order an egg roll on the side so I don't lose out on the cream cheese wonton, which I have grown to appreciate. The Hastings Ranch location is always nice and clean, service is fast and friendly, and it's almost never too busy for a quick lunch while on break from work.

This place is awesome. Good quality food. I was helped by Rachel the cashier and she was so enthusiastic about her job. It's nice to see that kind of excitement, and energy instead of the people that don't care about their job.

Horrible restourant, starting from the service, overpriced items, and poor quality of ingrediants. This place attempts to mix cuisines from different Asian countries, but fails to make a decent dish from any of them.

Bad experienced ordered Teriyaki chicken with white rice and noodles on the side. The chicken was still raw. And meal was saturated with To much Teriyaki sauce unable to enjoy. Took plate back plate was re done and it was worse ended up frying the chicken. It looked like popcorn chicken. Money refunded.

They make your food to order rather than having a bunch of stuff in trays sitting around. It takes a few minutes, but it's worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful.
