I usually go to this Dunkin because of all the T-mobile Tuesday deals. Their donuts are not fresh-looking and always I could see flies around them. If I want good donuts, I would go elsewhere. Staff is okay nice. Parking is also at the back which I have to walk all the way around to get there. It's inconvenient. If you want fresh and tasty donuts, go somewhere else. If you get T-Mobile Tuesday, then come here. You have no choice anyways. 😁

Just swung in here before an infertility procedure. I was met with the kindest personality from a man whom I assume is the owner. I was so thankful for his kindness so early in the morning. The breakfast sandwich was also awesome! Thank you!

Service is a little chaotic. Had to remind staff that we were waiting. But they were polite once they realized that had forgotten my order.

Ordered a chocolate bar and donut to go. The chocolate bar donut was the driest and over cooked donut I've ever eaten. I think it was a few days old.

I like coming to this place for some donuts. They also sell hot food too. I had their bagel sausage sandwich and it tasted really good. The parking could be a problem but I usually have no problem finding a parking space on the street. Keep in mind the street parking is not free but it is not expensive at all.

I ordered everything bagel and cream cheese with coffee. When I came home with the order, found that there was barely any cream cheese in it. It was a great disappointment. I give two stars because they replaced the coffee ( premixed with cream and sugar) with black coffee and creamer on the side.

The one I am writing about is the one at 275 S. Lake Avenue in Pasadena.
Overall, I feel like Dunkin' everywhere has taken a big bite out of Starbucks. Their Perks Program offers easier ways to get free items and they have donuts that cost at least 50% less than those at Starbucks. Their espresso drinks are very good as are their expanding breakfast menu of sandwiches snd bowls. And the staff here seem more caring about their customers. Well, whatever they're doing, it works on me. I've pretty much stopped being a regular at Starbucks especially since they changed their perks program.
This Dunkin on Lake has covered patio seating and no seating inside the actual store. I have been in here twice and both times the staff were super friendly and efficient. My food order was very good and a value compared to Starbucks food items. My espresso drink was very taste although it was a tad sweeter than Starbucks but not in a bad way.
There is a lot of street parking as well as off street lots since this is right in the midst of the Lake Avenue shopping area.
I love the covered patio here. Lots of comfortable seating and tables. Outdoor seating varies wildly at all the Dunkins. The first time I visited here I had my dog with me and he was more than welcome to sit in the patio too.
If and when it gets chilly, there are overhead heaters to warm the patio up.
The restroom was very clean and the store itself was very clean and well stocked.
Overall, a great Dunkin experience!
