Have noticed this place for awhile and finally decided to go and try it. It's in a small strip mall with a share parking lot and a donut shop next to it. The owner is very nice and explained the menu on the wall and advised us to take our time. While there, noticed there was a continuation of business in the form of customers walking in to place their orders, picking up their food or calling in. We ordered three items and each was an extremely large portion and flavorful. I could tell they care about this business given the attention and returning customers.

Reasonably priced, lots of food! I've always enjoyed there plates of both barbecue and teriyaki chicken as well as beef and short ribs. Better than all of the rice bowl chains throughout all of LA County.

Very good fried chicken, but the katsu and short rib combo was just ok. Pics will show very little meat on the ribs and texture was a little off, like meat after using tenderizer. Flavor was ok, but couldn’t get past the texture and didn’t finish the little beef there was on the bone. Also a bit disappointed that they didn’t have ox tail in any shape or form, which was the main reason for visit. Fried chicken was to retry great, so not a wasted trip but not the best one either. Service was very friendly and you can call ahead like I did, so definitely worth another shot when ox tail is back in stock.

I always come here for their chicken oseng oseng . I cannot stress on how amazing their flavor is. I have had this chicken since it was about 6 dollars a pop. Now it's gone up but still has the same great flavor as the first. I highly recommend this place!! Also I forgot to take a picture of the deliciousness but go grab one dish for yourself and you'll see! You don't really have time to take a picture cus you'll just devour it! Top star 🌟 for me. :D

Better than expected. We like it better than Ono's. Orders and credit card can be taken over the phone. They are willing to pass food through front door (great for those of high risk/health conditions). Great local joint. Crispy fried chicken $9.49 Indonesia fried rice (mawut) $9.39 - texture of their fried rice was really good. 2 Musubi $4.78 Bbq Beef (reg, double macaroni vs rice is free) $9.69 - Beef is salty so the rice or mac is great to mix with. Beef is also tenderized like how Chinese restaurants do so for their sauteed meats.

I ordered the kalua pork, chicken katsu, spam musubi and spam + egg musubi. The meal was cheap and the serving size was fine. The food was quite bland, even after adding the provided sauces. The best dish was the chicken katsu (which you could get at much better places in the greater LA area) and the macaroni side dish, which is nice. Seems to be good for college students who need lots of food for little money and don't mind sacrificing quality.

Food is good, not great. Value is outstanding. I got a short rib, BBQ beef, and chicken katsu curry, with rice and macaroni for $10. I will be back to try the Indonesian dishes. The Bakmi Bangka (noodles with BBQ pork) looks tasty!

I didn't know what to expect, walking into this small strip mall shop. We were greeted warmly. Picked up our laminated menus. I opted for the masubi and the grilled chicken and rice. I was surprised at the flavor and how moist the chicken was. I also liked the macaroni salad. It brought me back to memories of eating local food in Hawaii.
