When you go to a fast food restaurant, you expect a “Fast food” experience. But today the young man taking orders was so pleasant and polite, I could hear his smile and it made me smile. At both windows everyone was courteous and wished me well. After a not so pleasant morning that was the reason we chose to grab some quick food, this small and fast interaction actually made my day a little better. Five stars to today’s team! Thank you!
I like my fries SALTY, BUT NOT RIGHT OFF THE SALT LICK... IT SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE ONE OR OTHER AND CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU BITE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT LUKE WARM FRIES AND NUGGETS BECAUSE YOUR 3 YEAR OLD SHOVED A HOT NUGGET INTO THEIR MOUTH COME ON PARENTS... I just wanted to mention a phenomenal hard worker here! Lafonce always goes above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience!! He knows his customers, and makes sure everyone feels special each day! He has worked here for some time, and deserves all the recognition and appreciation. I am an educator, and my mornings can be rushed, but he always slows down to see people and really greet them and make sure they feel valued. Thank you Lafonce!! I went here this morning and I decided to get a sausage and egg cheese mcmuffin out of 47 yrs of my life eating at McDonald's I never had a mcmuffin so soft and good when I say it was soft and not rough where you could eat It I ate the whole thing it was delicious shout out to the cook and staff I appreciated it Mcdonald on Spencer
Service could have been better . They forgot something from my order ..waited up front to get what was forgotten and they took their time . By the time I received it my food was cold . Smh
There was a huge line when we arrived but they got us in and out pretty quick, food was fresh and staff was as nice as any other fast-food place. The fact they got my order correct and us in and out so fast was awesome! Can't say other locations have been as ontop of things lately! So was happy with our trip
Very good food, hot, nice friendly staff. Would very much so eat here again.
