When you go to a fast food restaurant, you expect a “Fast food” experience. But today the young man taking orders was so pleasant and polite, I could hear his smile and it made me smile. At both windows everyone was courteous and wished me well. After a not so pleasant morning that was the reason we chose to grab some quick food, this small and fast interaction actually made my day a little better. Five stars to today’s team! Thank you!

He knows his customers, and makes sure everyone feels special each day! He has worked here for some time, and deserves all the recognition and appreciation. I went here this morning and I decided to get a sausage and egg cheese mcmuffin out of 47 yrs of my life eating at McDonald's I never had a mcmuffin so soft and good when I say it was soft and not rough where you could eat It I ate the whole thing it was delicious shout out to the cook and staff I appreciated it Mcdonald on Spencer

Service could have been better . They forgot something from my order ..waited up front to get what was forgotten and they took their time . By the time I received it my food was cold . Smh

There was a huge line when we arrived but they got us in and out pretty quick, food was fresh and staff was as nice as any other fast-food place. The fact they got my order correct and us in and out so fast was awesome! Can't say other locations have been as ontop of things lately! So was happy with our trip

I went it to buy an iced coffee and was given sweet tea with creamer. Disgusting!!!! I'm so pissed

Ordered an iced coffee. Was given a smoothie and told "you should just take it since you already paid for it". Waited 20+ minutes for my iced coffee which was just a cup of iced milk. The manager on duty argued with me that it was mocha, and then scoffed when I asked for my money back. I've given this place a MILLION chances because I live so close. Always inexcusably awful, no matter what time of day. NEVER GOING BACK.

Every time I go there they are so slow compared to other McDonald's in the area. They never have ice cream products and are often out of many things. I live one block from this location but will drive to the one on Fairmont and Preston for better products and customer service !!
