The wait was extremely long, otherwise no complaints and good service.

Every time I go to this McDonald's on Snow road my order is always messed up and I always have to call to complain. I don't like to complain but when I'm paying for food that I order and I don't get the complete order or the order is messed up then you better believe I'm going to get some satisfaction out of it. They use the excuse of the pandemic for the service but this service at this McDonald's has always been horrible. I've never complained so much in all my times of going to fast food restaurants. they need to do something to improve their customer service and also to make sure that the orders are accurate and complete.

Raw chicken nuggets in a happy meal? Really? Your workers really do not care about making sure things are right or cooked well done. Just making your money huh? Wow...if i was the type of parent to never check what my child eats, she could've gotten E.Coli. Think im exaggerating? See the photos. Nuggets soaked in grease and raw inside.
