Pizza was 2.5 hours later without warning compared to original time frame given. Called for refund before pizza showed due to arranging different dinner for kids by this time .spoke to a rude girl trying to explain my situation, says she will get a manager.. I sat on hold 45 mins while phone was continuously picked up &placed back on hold then eventually hung up on.. When pizza arrived it was cold & has rubbery texture. Good thing I already fed everyone something else by this point

Constantly always ordering from this place. At least once a week. A few days ago, 2 orders of box pizzas were incorrect order and the pizza was cold. Looked like it was old. When I called manager said he would give me credit for next time & noted it. A couple of days later they say it’s not in the system it expired and nothing they can do. Was a little rude as well. After 7 years, I promise I won’t spend a dollar at this location.

I never do reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I Called lastnight around 6:13pm for a dinner box and 24 wings. Said it would take about 30-35 mins. They NEVER showed up and never called to cancel or give us updates. They wouldn’t even pick up the phone to let us cancel the order or to see what was going on. We had to get food elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND wasting your time with this Pizza Hut. You will be left hangry and unsatisfied…

Used their curbside pickup. Went smoothly. I didn't even need to let them know I was there. (Our usual place will let everyone sit outside until you go knock on the door n go inside) Placed a very different half n half supreme pizza order n they got it perfect. Definitely going to order from this location again.

IT WAS AWFUL....I WAS YELLED AT BY THE MANAGER. TOLD HER THAT I WANTED THE $4 TIP TAKEN OFF SINCE I HAD TO PICK UP AND SHE CANCELLED MY WHOLE ORDER!! SINCE I HAD ALREADY PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD THAT THEY HAVE ON FILE FOR ME AND I DIDN'T HAVE THE ACTUAL CARD WITH ME, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY FOOD AND I HAD TO GO ALL DAY WITH NO LUNCH. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY HAD TO CALL THE POLICE THERE A FEW DAYS EARLIER BECAUSE OF HER. I REALIZE THAT SHE IS DEAF, BUT IF SHE CAN'T PERFORM HER JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY, SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING IN THE FRONT WITH CUSTOMERS! I DIDN'T EVEN RAISE MY VOICE AND SHE WAS CALLING ME NAMES, ETC. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Some guy answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to deliver to an address not even one block away said it was not in the delivery area then said hold on let me check again and immediately yelled I said your not in the delivery area and hung up wanted to laugh but that was too scary to laugh at I just wanted to order some wings for the kids dude don't care if he See's this review because never would I order from this place again made me uncomfortable with fast food altogether
