My second time eating here and it's so far on my list as a Baltimore staple favorite! Our server was amazing and very attentive. The food was fresh, came out to the table with little to no wait 😋 and my crabcake was delicious. Keep up the great service, and I look forward to visiting next time I'm in Baltimore. The new upgrades/decor looks very nice as well.

Our 1st time here at Parkville location. Made reservations (suggest that you do).Nice Restaurant. Dining room wasn't extremely busy. Table choice was cramped. Sat next to a party of six literally less than 1 foot away from our table. Our server was Sean. He was polite & attentive to our needs. Food was brought out timely. The single crab cake platter was served with my choice of baked potato and coleslaw. Crab cake was average size, loaded with lump crabmeat. No filler. Baked potato was kinda small. I added additional Old Bay seasoning. Dessert was plain cheesecake. Wish they offered it with cherry or strawberry topping. Kinda dry. Nice looking sports bar( attached but separated from Dining area. Plenty of TV's to watch. Overall, good experience. Give them a try!!😎😎

Was here with a couple of friends and I loved the concept and atmosphere. Restaurant by a side and a bar, the other side. Ordered a meal I have never had before and was good. Atmosphere was lovely and reception was nice.

First impression was poor. I entered using a cane and the two "hostesses" kept chatting to each other for several minutes as I stood there. My wife finished using the bathroom and returned to ask if we had a table yet. I responded loudly that I didn't know since I was being ignored. One girl then started paying attention. We were then sent to wait in the bar since our room for our party wasn't ready until 6'30. After getting upstairs, the waiter was attentive and the food came out hot and tasty. It was a shame the first few minutes were so poor.

This is definitely a family restaurant. Very cordial employees. Pretty prompt service even when it's crowded. Large portions. The crabcakes are awesome. When it comes with crab cakes I'm very particular. This is one of the three places that I go to for a decent crab cake. The size is ideal The taste is fresh with lump crab meat. No imitation

My husband and I have always enjoyed Pappas food. We don't typically dine in, but we visited for an early lunch on Valentines Day, and it was set up so beautifully. It was fairly empty as they had just opened, which made it even more special. The crew made us feel like we were the only ones there! Our waiter was personable and suggested the stuffed lobster imperial. She was very familiar with the menu and explained how the imperial could be placed on the side. I am sooooo glad I went with her suggestion as I wanted lobster and crab. The crab cake that sits on top was HUGE and delicious! My lobster wasn't as cooked as I would prefer and the best part about having an attentiive waiter is the fact that she noticed I had not touched it and took matters into her own hands to notify the manager. They took it off my bill without me even asking, I didn't have a chance to complain about it because she saw for herself something was off. Can I say that it meant so much and shows the integrity of our waiter, the manager, and their crew. I wouldn't have complained, I would have just ate around it and remembered the next time to avoid ordering lobster even though its one of my favorites. We didn't have long to sit and eat, but she saw something wasn't right and ensured I was happy and satisfied. For that, I am so grateful. We made sure to show our gratitude and tipped very well. Even though I didn't eat the lobster, my food was phenomenal, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well. The customer service was superb and this restaurant was very clean. There was plenty of free parking on site. I highly recommend it!!

Another great dinner experience at Pappas. This time I brought my husband and Mother to experience their food and they enjoyed themselves. We had reservations and they were ready for us, even on a busy Saturday night. Will support them continually whenever I'm in Baltimore.

Despite a half-empty dining room, we couldn’t be seated until our entire party of eleven arrived. Fortunately, we were allowed to sit at the bar while waiting for the other members of our party. The waitstaff did not really take note of seat positions when taking our food and drink orders. Consequently, we had our entrees and drinks “auctioned off” to us, which was rather awkward. Otherwise, our servers were proficient and friendly. We did not have to wait long for our food or drink orders. Everyone loved their side dishes. The crab cakes live up to the hype. My stepmom enjoyed her swordfish. I’ve had better steamed shrimp at Ryleigh’s Oyster and The Hard Yacht Cafe.

Enjoyed Pappas delicious crabcake, cream of crab soup and calamari! Everything was excellent and reasonably priced. My waitress Teresa is a true pro! Highly recommended for sure.
