Had lunch here today and it was by far the best Mexican food we have had in Colorado since moving from Texas a year ago. The staff was super nice and attentive. We met the owner, Hector, who was also super friendly. We will definitely be back!

This is my new favorite place to eat! The food and staff are excellent!
Visited on a Saturday night around 6:30pm. Not to busy, lots of open tables. Food was hot, served fast, and very tasty. Service was a little slow considering the small amount of people in the place. Overall, it was good and we'll definitely be back. Oh, and be sure to try out the xangos desert....yummy!
We eat here about 3 or 4 times a month. Food is aways hot and tasty; super kind and friendly service (they know us when we come in and know our drink order!). I have nothing negative to say. At first, there wasn't much going on in the atmosphere department, but in the past year or so they have started playing music making it much more inviting. We love it here and our servers. Wish I had their names!
This is one of my favorite places and the food is very good. The service is exceptional and the menu is full of authentic mexican meals. The food is fresh and served quickly, even when the business is busy. Fresh chips and home made salsa are served with every meal. The combinations are varied and the food is good and well priced. The foods are well seasoned but not spicy, unless you ask for a spicy (hot) addition. This restaurant will cater to your needs and it is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Denver.
Every visit to Los Volcanes has been great! I have been coming for more than 15 years. Food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and attentive!
It's a great place to stop by for local Mexican food. The kids demolished the enchiladas plate, prices are very reasonable, and staff was on point with the food and drinks
We will visit this place going forward, as this was our 1st time there
I’ve been coming here for over 20 years now. This place is truly one of the original and great spots of Parker. The food is so cheesy and always served piping hot and fresh. it’s definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant in the state hands down. The consistency is always there and they are quick bringing the food. Drinks and chips are always filled and the salsa might be a little spicy for some people but it’s freshly made with lots of thick cut white onions and light cilantro….it’s fantastic. I highly recommend this establishment to fulfill your Mexican food cravings.
OK, so this place has definitely pushed me towards wanting real Mexican food and a beach. Chilaquiles were absolutely amazing. Just the right level of soft. Wife got the breakfast burrito and clearly enjoyed it. I ate mine too fast for a picture...
