Wow... So yummy!! 😋👍 We had a big salad, which was delicious and fresh, the catfish was super tasty and my husband had the ribs, which were ok, not slot of meat and he had the Mac and cheese with shredded pork... So good!! Definitely will be back and we highly recommend!! And, last but not least excellent service 🤗

My wife and I shared the #1 combo with ribs and brisket. We also got the smallest size onion rings as an app. Everything was very good. I thought the rib portion was pretty small with the smallest rib bones I’ve ever seen. The onion rings were definitely worth it.

Glad I tried it, probably never going back. The service was meh, the BBQ was ehh, and the price was oh wow. Basically, if you're willing to overpay for smaller-than-expected portions, this place doesn't disappoint. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother. Here's my impression of the food I've tried: Wings - deep fried and slathered in mediocre sauce, unimpressive. Onion Rings - deep fried, greasy and bland, the dipping sauce isn't terrible. Kale Salad - the vinaigrette was a little acidic, but overall not terrible. Mac and Cheese - not terrible, it's creamy if you're into that. Pulled Pork - dry AF, do not recommend Ribs - Good Smoke ring, tender, but far from "the best ribs in Colorado" Brisket - only chopped...why? Also dry AF, do not recommend.

I had heard good things about this place and boy was I shocked. Not only was it good, it was outstanding!!! The food was cooked to perfection. Gluten-free buns are hard to find, but they have them. So juicy and delicious. The service was great too.

When someone tells you there is a lot of food, believe them. Lol. We were recommended this place by another parent. The amount of food on each plate is wild! I have never been so full that I didn't even want to have the leftovers. The prices were kind of high, but I suppose it equals out with the amount of food you get. You could definitely share meals and save money. The brisket and pulled pork were a little tough but still good. Our waitress was really nice and very personable. Made our first experience here great.

Brennan or server was excellent. He was very attentive and assisted us in making our dinner choices. Our dinners were awesome. The hamburger, chicken salad and the 11/2 racks of Baby Back Ribs were all awesome. For sides we selected beans, coleslaw and baked potato, all hit the spot. To illustrate how wonderful the food is I will use the baked potato as an example. Wait you say, you’re not going to tell us about the World Famous Baby Back Ribs, that’s right let’s talk about the baked potato first. In my life I have never had a baked potato that tasted like this. It tasted as though it was injected with something that put it over the top. But all we did was open it put butter and sour cream on it and OMG IT WAS AWESOME. As for the Baby Back Ribs I must say the seasoning was perfect as well as the cooking. To the point that all you had to do was pull them off the rack and then bite into them, causing them to fall off the bone. Hickory House Ribs is in Parker and Aspen, we were at Parker tonight and it was only perfect. Oh, and they have GREAT BEVERAGE selections as well. Hickory House makes killer Ribs get there and find out.

There are 2 star and 5 star things about this place. Overall ..its good! I had ribs...they were good but could have had more meat and could have been more tender. The brisket is good but seemed more like a pot roast texture than what I am used to. The menu is hectic, hard to read, really needs to be re-done. Waitress was nice. Banana cream pie was a little disappointing. Overall all good. .not the best ever but good.
