Everything I've tried so far has been good
I still need to try their pizza I smell that wood fired pizza oven every morning it really makes me hungry
It's just one of those simple places with great food and fair prices. Lots of variety. The Mexican food is authentic and fresh. And you can get wood fired pizza, breakfast, burgers and they also have daily specials.
I had the smothered burrito breakfast special with chorizo (tasty, 3+ stars). Others also had the normal breakfast burrito with bacon (OK, three stars) and the veggie burrito (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, more but was bland - needed some more salt and spice, three stars). Friendly staff. Convenient location on way home from around Valley. Note breakfast items all day Saturday and Sunday.
Low-key place where we go for breakfast, especially since their prices are reasonable. They share the building with a busy gas station so the location is always busy, but we can get immediately seated in the cafe in the morning hours. They do the following right, which are all a must for diner: Scrambled eggs, crispy shredded hash browns, bacon and pancakes. Their Chicken Fried Steak and Biscuits and Gravy are also pretty decent.
Excellent place for an affordable breakfast and cooked to order. We have had breakfast here 2 days in a row. Top notch for scrambled eggs and bacon.👍🏼
The food was excellent. I had the special that was a BBQ chicken sandwich, and its was the best chicken sandwich I ever had.

We go to the Silver Summit Cafe regularly when we are in PC. The variety of food on the menu is great, the quality is great and the people have always been super nice and provided great service. I'd like to add that in this section of town there is virtually no other restaurant so you'll notice it's busy. The owners need to open a bigger restaurant in the area to accommodate all of the new building.
Good food, I got two pieces of toast, hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon along with to flapjacks. It is in the side of a 7-11 but don't let that throw you off. Very good and the people were very nice. It is in red neck land. When we were eating a man with a Trump shirt walking so take what that what you will.
A decent day food Mexican place, inside a gas station. It's better than you expect it to be.
Rediscovering this place after living elsewhere for a decade. We used to eat here all the time for the great lunch specials.
Good menu variety, good service, good food and portion sizes. I like the all day breakfast on weekends. Prices are reasonable for the area.
I plan on making this a regular stop again.
One of our favorite breakfast joints. Rarely too crowded to get a table, though they do offer take-out. Certain things can be a bit uneven: I love crispy, actually brown hash browns. When we first started going there, they delivered, then for a little while they were...disappointing. Happy to report they are back one their game!
