The absolute worst customer service ever, but to be completely honest you can never expect good service from McDonald’s. I ordered two McChickens. Paid at the first window and kindly asked for a receipt, she ignored my request and said “NEXT WINDOW MA’AM!” Rolling her eyes and talking with extreme and unnecessary attitude. I said again can I please have my receipt and she, again in a nasty attitude said you can get it at the next window. So I pull up to the next window, and the manger gives me my food and I again kindly asked if there was any way I could get my receipt. She laughs and then with a wet, and I mean completely wet receipt, says “oops sorry it’s kind of wet” - at this point I low key feel like it’s on purpose but whatever. I quickly got over it because it’s not important BUT THEN I open my food and one has buns that are mangled with Mayo and lettuce not even on the sandwich and both have chicken that was so hard that it was like eating a hockey puck or that it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for 5 days... not even edible it was so dry and this was during a lunch hour where there should be constant “fresh” food. Won’t be back to this location. Beware of nasty attitude and subpar food EVEN FOR MCDONALDS. Good luck 🍀

Wow, using the mobile does not save anytime. I ordered a Frappe and fries. I sat in my car for 10 minutes after going through the drive thru. They brought the incorrect Frappe and forgot the fries. Poor customer service in a neighborhood use to great customer service. If a new McDonalds opened in Westlake this location would be closed in a matter of months. Also, I don’t think they read any of these reviews because the complaints are pretty consistent.

Medium orange juice was handed to me looking like lemonade like it was mostly water. I tasted it and it tasted like water. I notified them while waiting for the rest of my order. They checked the machine and it was out of orange juice. I was instructed to wait in the parking spaces where I waited for almost 10 minutes and was finally handed a small orange juice instead of a medium. Coffee also had a chemical after taste. Food was stale like it had been in the warmer too long.

This is an update for 10/10/21. The dining room is not open but for take-out orders. See the pics. Oine it says they have it open but the chairs are stacked, drink station is taped off and seating areas are taped too. There is no signs and their statement on Google is misleading. Seniors are being poorly treated. They have almost doubled the price of a senior coffee. The price is only 11 cents under the regular small coffee. This location smells bad too and there is a large area flooded with blue liquid. It appears to be coming from the restroom.

Happy Meal? More like Terrible Meal! We ordered 3 meals and 2 of them were delivered incorrect. The happy meal was missing both the apple juice and ketchup (ok,annoying, but not that big of a deal) but we ordered a 10pc nuggets which was omitted completely. We also had to wait an extra 10 minutes in a parking spot “for the chicken nuggets” we didn’t receive. We got a bonus tiny cheeseburger instead though, so there was a silver lining I guess. Even though we will have to drive additional miles each way, we are going to visit another McDonald’s from now on. Also, the dining room is still closed as of 6/15/21.

Terrible Mcdonalds with slow-unfriendly workers. Food here is always sub-par compared to other locations. There's a reason no one is ever in the drive through.. the locals all avoid it. Most of the food I've ordered you can tell has been sitting out for hours and was not made fresh. Just look at these photos.. worst fries I've ever had... If your in the area go to one of the other fast food joints before this one.
