Wetzel's Pretzels

Real tasty pretzels that you can have plain, salted, cinnamon sugar, or glazed. I always ask for the little bite size segments rather than the whole pretzel. If you request it, they will give you half of them salted and half plain (which helps keep my salt consumption down). They have several locations in the mall, but this one is in the Restaurant District by Lenscrafters and Ruby Tuesdays. Generally pretty quick service.

My mom and I often go to Wetzels Pretzels in the evening and we usually enjoy our food. But today we went to to the Wetzels Pretzels it was more than half an hour before they closed but when I asked when they were closing the employee refused to sell us any food saying that they were already closed. Very disappointing.

The location downstairs by finish line ! The girl Britney was obviously having a bad day , had a nasty attitude and threw our bags and straws ! I ordered the cinnamon bites and she made me pay for the sauce ! I’ve never paid for the sauce that supposed to come with it ! Horrible experience she needs to go get a job she is happy at because she was miserable

I worked at wetzels pretzels for a month and then got fired because I went to the bathroom to take my medicine because I have type 1 diabetes and they swear that wasn’t the excuse why they fired me but it was because before that everything was fine but it’s cool I’ll never forget this experience Wetzels Pretzels will not hire you if you have any medical problems! And if they do don’t let them find out cause if you do you’ll end up like me

Last weekend night, my friend and I bought one plain pretzel with $20.00 bill to the chasher, but realized in around 10 minutes when stopped at another store, and no recipes inside of the envelope, either. We came back and talk to the manager ( Alicia), she promised to give a call after closing at 9:30 pm, but we didn't hear anything from her until now. She said she could monitor through the surveillance camera, and didn't even pay attention for No Receipt provide to us. We obviously almost gave up about the change money at the time, but I think Wetzel pretzel or manager should feel sorry that they didn't give the receipt, although we just believed it should be put inside. Regardless the amount of money, their treating way including the customer service is not properly conducted, it is very disappointing, although we admit our own mistakes of half, which we failed to confirm about the change (around $17.00), not sure of the exact among because no receipt done.
