Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service is very lackluster at this location. They seem understaffed and overworked. No mobile ordering ahead and if you are paying with cash they want exact change. The portions of meat are incredibly small compared to other Chipotle’s (barely a quarter of a spoon!). The chicken was over seasoned, very salty while the steak was a little dry but acceptable.

This has to be the worst Chipotle in New Jersey! Every time I place a pick up order, I have to wait 45 mins to 1 hour after the pickup time to get my order. It’s more frustration than what it is worth. I don’t know if it is that they are severely understaffed or what but they always end up closing the doors on people way before closing time, and to top it all off my order is never right. Waste of time and money. I will not be returning.

Manager told me “i don’t have to come back” basically letting me know she doesn’t care about anything i said! I use to work at chipotle! & i let her know this, because i know how it works, but the fact that not only the linebacker gave me attitude for the rice being called for, & the girl in the line adding the toppings gave me horrible customer service, the cherry on the top was the manager telling me while laughing that i should just not come back bc she honestly doesn’t care. disgusting team. Disgusting Team work, I can’t believe how bad chipotle has gotten wit the service. They didn’t even gave out their names because nobody knew each other’s name, a lie so i don’t add it in this review because they’re so use to the bad reviews. Dam that must suck.

I like Chipotle. Haven't been to one in a while. Ordered a steak burrito, listed at around $10, with extra meat, which somehow came up to over $15 but no receipt offered? Realized later that they didn't even give me napkins. On top of that, the seasoning is off oh, the meat is dry and doesn't even really taste like steak. Definitely not consistent with the usual Chipotle experience, it's like this is a fake Chipotle, not the real deal. Very disappointing, $15+ for an unenjoyable meal. Lots of other yummy options in this food court, I highly recommend picking any other one over this one.

Ordered on the chipotle app around 12pm for lunch to get delivered around 12:38 pm and couldn’t get my order one hour later because there was something wrong and that the driver needed a special receipt and was not notified of all this and so i called customer support and they said that the driver was changed and got my money refunded but when the other driver went to go pick up my order supposedly they were having issues with the system so they couldn’t have my stuff delivered, mind you im being told all this by the drivers and not the actual people from chipotle!!!!!! If i would have known that i would have saved my time and money and ordered somewhere else for lunch! Its been 2 hrs already and i had to call customer support to cancel my order altogether! Not a great experience especially when someone is hungry!

quick yummy food. vegan options labeled on their website! I go all the time for a well sourced bite. burritos...bowls...so many yummy things! nice staff! very caring and attentive to your dietary needs! It’s amazing that they always have a chipotle wherever you go. A good place to count on. Well sourced food!
