Jamba Juice

I had a coupon to get a bakery item so went to this location. I wanted to order the impossible sandwich but they couldn't take the cheese off so I went with the apple cinnamon pretzel. I ordered through the app and walked in the mall to find the location. There was only one worker so she didn't have my pretzel ready yet because she helping others. Another worker came and she got my pretzel for me and the main girl that was there sealed it for me. When I got home I ate the pretzel and it was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet which I liked. It was nice and soft as well. I had a good experience.

VERY Low Standard Customer Service!👎 SO IGNORANCE & Didn't Value their Customers.👎👎👎👎👎 All Staffs R ON Their PHONE & one of the girl still on her PHONE while she took my order [she even doesn't look at me when she took the order, because she was so busy with her PHONE]. once I ordered Amaziingly She was Still on the PHONE for like 2 min then she start to make my order. [at 1st I thought other staffs will make my order] I guess whatever on her PHONE is more important than their customers 👀

I am always up for Jamba juice. Having moved to jersey 20 years ago from California, the readily available Jamba Juices everywhere is one of my biggest regrets. I can live without Carl's Jr, Jack 8n the box, Jimboys and most everything else, but I take every opportunity I can to visit Jamba Juice whenever I can.

I got a smoothie from here today and I do not know how I feel about my experience nor do I know how explain it. I am still shocked that this happened. I had about 1/4 of a cup left of my small strawberry surf rider and sometimes there are small fruit chunks at the bottom. Obviously I was at the mall and I did not know this situation can even be possible so I was not looking in my drink to see if there were unexpected things that were not supposed to be in there. When I took a sip and there was a half mushy fruit chunk, I bit down and it was hard so I knew it couldn't have been fruit. I took it out of my mouth and it was a small black rock the size of a grain of rice but 2x in thickness. I showed my friend and she was as shocked as I was and suggested I should inform the store. I was thinking of going back to the store to show them but I felt like they would've laughed and thought I was joking. I was going to take a picture but when i placed it on the lid of my cup and proceeded to grab my phone from my bag, it fell. It is hard to believe...do not get me wrong I love Jamba Juice i come here at least once a week. Some of the workers have attitudes and rushes some of my orders sometimes but for the most part they're great. Just wanted to come on here and share my experience because it was certainly unusual.

They have a menu listed with the prices I order under the fresh shot menu however the price for the fresh us were off by two dollars, when I asked the cashier why the discrepancy she told me that’s for the bottled shots. I then proceeded to point out that it it says fresh shot therefore you should match the price that’s listed on the menu. She refused. I called corporate. It’s allied bait and switch and it is illegal
