I understand that they have been having employee shortages. I think the employees they have are hard working and polite. The food has taken a bit longer but still good. I went in yesterday and they had a very polite new employee. It took about 3 minutes to get my soda and breakfast crunchwrap. They are doing better everyday.

Long wait time, messed up my order,.and barely put anything in my tacos,folded burritos horribly!(and I didn’t even order the burritos)
People here simply don’t care about THIER jobs it’s disappointing! I come here for good service and got horrible.

Only place open after dark around here so I reluctantly go back every few months. Staff is always nice but they mess up the order pretty much every time. Ingredients are not always as fresh as other taco bells and the menu is lacking. I don't believe I have ever had a fully successful satisfying trip to this taco bell.

Went through drive through, got a deluxe box, bean burrito and tacos. Order was fine BUT I only got 3 sauce packets for my food. 6 items and 3 little saucy bois, I'm not good at math but seems a bit off. So the stars reflect the condiments I received. 3

The drive thru is ridiculously long. I thought this was supposed to be FAST food? The few times I've come here I've spent at least 20 minutes or more waiting. This is my last time coming and so far has been a 30 minute wait.

Last 3 times I've gone to Paradise Taco Bell it took so long in the drive-up it was outrageous. They don't even have enough help to run the drive up. The main lobby was closed. On my last trip, I'd been waiting 20 minutes in line in the drive up to order, & there were still 4 cars ahead of me still waiting to order...The line just wasn't moving. It was a complete standstill.. There were 2 cars behind me, so I got out & asked them to back up & let me out. I will not be going back. I love Taco Bell, but that's just absolutely ridiculous!🤨🚫jlp

First when I walked in the restaurant smelt like urine. One customer needed to use the restroom
but couldn't because it was filthy and the mens room was out of order. Where were the employees washing their hands? Second the place was about 50 degrees. Which was so cold my nachos got cold before I could finish. Nicole at the register refused to turn up the temperature. Third my wait time was 32 minutes. They also let someone walk away with the wrong order. And gave another customer the wrong order. My suggestion fire the whole crew and get new staff in

I have a few allergies and can’t have lettuce and I hate sour cream so I asked 3 times to get my food without it and I get home 25 minutes up the hill to find they just ignored me 3 times and did it anyway. Thanks for wasting my time and money :)
