We had breakfast over there almost by chance.. and we loved it ! Located in the Delano, it has a cozy warm atmosphere, and the staff is very nice. They serve delicious and refined "farmish" comfort food. The goodness of biscuits and gravy, and pancakes with warm maple syrup is unique.. the chicken and waffles are absolutely delicious. It has become our breakfast spot before Sunday football games :)

Food & service are great. Staying at the Delano this is a nice close spot for breakfast. Avocado toast was really good. The waffles and chicken were also delicious. Quick coffee refills and friendly service.

Della’s is a great choice for breakfast when staying at Mandalay Bay/Delano in Las Vegas. The service is prompt enough and the food tastes great. I love the custom omelette that comes with choice of 3 toppings and a side of bread and their delicious hash browns.

Dellas changed their menu since we visited last year, still similar plates. I did revisit the Pork Benedict and it actually tasted better this time around. They do NOT have the delicious jam and grits anymore that we raved about which is what really stood out to us. Still a solid place to visit and their new chicken and waffle entree is delicious.

My boyfriend loves this place so much. He thinks their grits are the best thing ever and I must admit he’s right. The grits, mimosa juices and jams are amazing. Wasn’t a great fan of the pulled pork Benedict as it was a bit bland but definitely enjoyed the other things.

My family stays at the Mandalay Bay every few years. Della's Kitchen is our favourite breakfast place. We eat there every day of our stay. The food is always excellent. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Mario has been our waiter several times. He has a great personality, and it's always a pleasure to see Him.

Dellas kitchen is a great place to eat and is very good service and ambiance. Ate here twice and neither time was a disappointment. Ordered the chicken and waffles which was amazing and second time pancakes and potatoes. Both times I was thoroughly impressed.

Quiet place off the beaten path in Delano to have breakfast and lunch. Food is elevated rustic breakfast favorites from all over the US. Prices are good for what you get (in Vegas). Staff is very attentive. Would highly recommend to check it out.

You could not go wrong with Dellas! We come hear for breakfast or brunch when are in Vegas. So far, we have been heard everyday since we landed 6/30/23. Had their bottomless orange juice mimosas at one of our visits and they are amazing, definitely a must try. If you want a good cup of Lavazza coffee this is the place to get it. Their croissants and cornbread are addicting! Make sure you try the huevos rancheros and add their pork carnitas! Their chicken and waffles is another dish that’s delicious. Also, their tuna tartine, it was fresh and very tasty. Their service is phenomenal, a shout out to Melissa for taking care of us on Thursday and Monday. Also, a shout out to Mario for excellent service on Saturday!
