Taco Bell

Ordered 2 burritos tonight. I used the app to order and pay. It’s so much easier that way. The food was fresh. The drive through was fast. The cashier was very nice. I love to stop here for quick pick ups and feed the craving. I like there hours as well. It makes it convenient for me to eat at odd hours.

Sure didn't get what I asked for. The cinnamon crisps were stale. Tastes like the oil was old. Couldn't eat them. Ask for burrito supreme and got something else but I didn't realize it till I got home. Very disappointing. Ask for what you want and you get something different. Don't think I'll be going back to that location again....

I got the nacho cheese and chips with my crunch wrap. The chips were hard to describe really. Obviously I knew they wouldn't be great quality but they tasted bitter and like chemicals. I'm not a picky eater but I couldn't eat them. I think they may be dangerous. On top of that my crunch wrap was pretty luke warm and meh. Never been so glad I ordered black beans and not beef. 😬 Fingers crossed there is no food poisoning in my future.

No option for negative 1,000 stars. This was the absolute worst visit and last straw. My order was missing an item and when I came back to get it, the rest of the food was getting cold. I asked for the entire order, 4 tacos, Gordita crunch, two burritos and two nachos bell grande. One of the nachos was what was missing from the order. The manager refused to remake the order and when I let her know I wouldn’t move until she remade she called me childish and threatened to call the cops. Over tacos!!! This isn’t the first time that there have been issues at this location and the assistant manager is the one we always have to deal with. When I let her know I was posting on Facebook and google and calling the franchise office her reply was I don’t care who you call or what you post. By the time I got home, over an hour after the order was initially placed, the food temp of our burritos was 50, and the temp of the tacos 80 and the hard shells limp and soggy. The beans in the nachos were a big thick blob that would probably have to have been cut with a knife. They were cold to the touch. The entire order was trashed. I guess they’ve never heard of food poisoning. But lesson learned go to taco johns they are just right up the road.
