Dunkin'

This restaurant is really inconsistent... sometimes there great but half the time my food is cold or burn... today my son got a cold sandwich that had half a bun on top? Last time I got stuffed bagels and the middle was frozen.. please tell the staff if it takes an extra minute to make our food the right way we won't be mad about the wait :)

A few days ago I made an online order at 8am on a Saturday....only to find out the store was closed when I arrived in the (crowded) drive thru lane. NO employees, no signs about closure, nothing. My order was $6.99 that has yet to be refunded. I've given this place like...5,000,000 chances because it's convenient and close by, but I just can't do it anymore. I am always patient and polite but have caught attitude after attitude from MULTIPLE employees here with no rhyme or reason. :/

I’m not sure what is going on but it is consistently going downhill. The guy that took my order was rude and almost mad I ordered something they were out of stock on. I didn’t know! Then took my donuts to work for my coworkers and they were stale and hard. Way more than day old. My hot coffee was barely lukewarm. This was at 9am. Guess I’ll go to a different Dunkin from now on. This place doesn’t care.

Used to be a great location. Workers were extremely rude. Acted like they were to good to be doing their jobs. Came here to get coffee and a donut. They didn't have the milk I needed for my coffee 3 days in a row. Asked for juice for my kids and they said they didn't have any. Not a good look for Dunkin Donuts.

I enjoy Dunkin Donuts’ bagel sandwich for lunch. They are frequently out of bagels or only have raisin cinnamon which does make a good breakfast sandwich. Today, not only no bagels, but no sour dough for lunch sandwiches. You are losing sales you don’t see and making me want to go elsewhere for breakfast as well.

Always out of things and there is always trash scattered out front and in the back when you use the drive thru. Not a very clean place inside and out. The quality of the food and coffee has gone very downhill. Donuts are never fresh, muffins are over cooked and the coffee tastes burnt all the time. You can tell the staff really doesn't care anymore. This place use to be good. I have given up on this place and have been going to scooters instead.

A little disappointed with this location. I used to have excellent and fast service always. Now every single time I go they do not have 1 or all of the items/ingredients I ask for. And it’s simple stuff like a plain bagel or chai flavoring for a chai tea. They usually only have a couple of donut options and I’m told always oh the truck never came or it didn’t get ordered. Idk what is happening or if there’s new management but it’s gone way downhill. I tried to go there at 5am the other day and nobody was even in the building. Tried to call a bit after 5 a different day to see if they have changed their hours and the phone is shut off. All around not great. Just go to Casey’s across the street for a quick breakfast and drink it’ll be faster and they will have what you want.
