I really like Five Guys actually for their hot dogs and not so much their burgers; the Bacon Cheddar Dog in particular.
The taste is still there but paying $7.50+ for a single hot dog that isn't going to fill you up is unacceptable to me. Two hot dogs after tax came out over $16

The "regular" is huge. Two patties of beef nicely cooked, and very good tasting. I'll have the little one next time though. I'll have the mini fries too. Very tasty, all of it. More than I need in a single meal now days. I'll be back!!

My wife and I went there for lunch two days ago. The guy at the counter taking our order was slouched over the counter like he was taking a nap. He wasn’t very friendly or professional. We ordered our food and went and sat down at a table. It wasn’t long before we noticed a terrible smell coming from the trash cans by the restrooms. We got up and moved to a different table so we didn’t have to smell the trash while we were trying to eat. We tried to have a conversation but the music was so loud we could not. I actually had to go outside to take a phone call because of the loud music. The floors were filthy with food and trash all over them. One of the employees was spraying down tables with a bottle of bleach that was so strong the smell was overpowering. I commented to him about but he just ignored me. When we got our food they had put the burgers at the bottom of the bag and just dumped fries on top of them to where they were overflowing from the bag. We had to actually ask for plates so we could dump out the fries to get to our burgers. This was not a to go order btw. This was without a doubt, the worst experience that I have ever had in a restaurant. I will NEVER go back again!

Burger was awesome but a tiny cup of "Regular" fries for $5? I remember when they used to fill your bag full of so many fries you didn't know what to do with them. Now I guess they serve them like McD's. Sad day

Love their fries and burgers, I get the lil cheese burger and it always fills me up. We share 2 large fries for our family of 6 and no one ever leaves hungry. Food is always made to order fresh and always hot.

Place is always a mess. Food always takes a long time to get to you. 5 people working at a time with no other customers, yet your order takes 15-30 mins to make. To-go order bags are super greasy and oily. Staff doesn't have a clue what customer service is. Not sure how this sub-par place is still in business.
I would give this Five Guys a 0/5 if I could, stay away until the place gets a total overhaul. I've been to plenty of Five Guys that were good or great experiences.

The Papillion location sadly didn't have shakes like some of the other locations in town, but the crew told us that they are going to have shakes after an upcoming store facelift.
Burgers were hot, fresh, juicy and tasted amazing.
While we waited about 2-3 minutes before we were greeted, once attended to, the staff was friendly and outgoing. Their love of Star Wars was a plus, too.
Always a good, fast burger from a consistent brand.
