Chipotle Mexican Grill

Maybe it should've been a sign when there was a chain and a padlock around the front doors with a sign written by a child to use other doors. Obviously the guy folding napkins..... (it'll make sense later) Customer service. Lots of customers, no service. Pony tail was the only one who had any clue out of the 5 that were working. She was obviously baby sitting adult children. Mobile orders? I thought when you out your mobile order in online you came and pick it up off a shelf. NOPE, NOT HERE. You have to get in the back of the line and show your phone to them what you ordered ONLINE FOR PICK UP. I get you gotta stay in your lane, but does staying in your lane consists on multi folding a napkin to wipe crumbs off in-between each order? Correct me if I'm wrong but guacamole is $2 a SCOPE, NOPE NOT HERE. $2 a thimble. When staggering orders its helpful to put each other together. Right? I find it to be the most efficient to mix the orders together and have a sweet surprise at checkout. My advice, keep pony tail, and fire the rest of them. If you have equal parts customers and workers it should be quick and simple transaction. Also on a side note, avoid Dunkin near by.

Way more expensive than it used to be. Especially if you let your kids go with your card. They will suggest adding, 2 kinds of meat, cheese sauce & guacamole,etc but don't say it cost extra so my son's $12 burrito bowl becomes almost $20. They add extra of the add on items but give less for just rice beans & meat. Plus chips & guacamole almost $50 for 2 people. I used to spend $15 for a burrito bowl,soda,chips & guacamole and have enough for 2 meals. I definitely did not expect to spend that much, when I could feed 3-4 people steak dinners for that price. I guess I'm just shocked

I have tried Chipotle and I've tried the competition. I keep coming back to Chipotle. Bolder n better flavors and the Guac, it's delicious! I was supposed to post pics but I couldn't wait n already ate my burrito bowl! Oh and everything tastes super fresh, so either they cook in small batches or pull items off after a certain time, but I'm always sure to get a fresh and flavorful meal here every time! Oh....and did I mention the Guac, yes it's that good!

I ordered a quesadilla from here, they put the smallest amount of chicken and cheese and started wrapping it up. I asked if I could get any vegetables or anything else inside of it, they said no. I don’t think it would have been enough to fill up a 6 year old and it was still $9. Customer service was not good in the situation either. Do not recommend this location.

Amazing experience. I accidently ordered at the wrong location but when I showed up at the Papillon location the staff was so amazing. They just made my order & said they would handle working it out with the Bellevue location. I already liked the food but the staff made my day because I had a lot to do that day and they were so great without knowing everything already happening for me. Thank you!!

So I went in for an interview. The general manager wasn't even there to even do the interview. Which is truly sad considering they advertise now hiring all over that store. I literally waited there for an hour for somebody to show up to interview me for a qualified position. So hopefully nobody has to go through that

This place is going further and further downhill. The kids, I mean staff, have ZERO pride in their service and food... and dear lord... don't ask them a question because they must all share the same two brain cells. Just drive a few miles east on Cornhusker; there is another Chipotle there and they actually care about their jobs and the customers they serve.
