Excellent service by Candi 😊 Clean restaurant friendly employees & a wide variety to choose from .. It’s been a long while since we’ve eaten here , so glad we popped in on this rainy day 8-29-23
Our server didn't check on us 1 time until I was ready to pay the bill. Then she was as jolly and helpful as could be. Fries were limp and cold. But the rest of the food was good. #lookingforatip
2022-02: Party of 4. Arrived on a Saturday night around 7pm. Parking was open.
We did not have any reservations. Our drink order was taken right away. Followed by 4 pieces of fresh baked breads and butter. It was gone in seconds. We asked for another batch when he took our order. In a few minutes, 3 pieces of fresh baked bread came. It was gone in seconds again because they were so good. The next batch we asked came in ten minutes or so.
Our meals came, and they were all tasty and filling. Bbq ribs & chicken tenders, fish & turf, steak & salmon, and tilapia. All were tasty.
He checked on us twice and gave us extra napkins.
Good service, good food, good price.
We did not have room for desserts.
We were out by 8:15 pm.

We love coming here because there is something for everyone. Happy hour $4 dollar glasses of wine is a total win for me. All of our servers have been super nice.
Ordered online but when we arrived we texted here and received a confirmation that our food would be out shortly. After 25 mins I called the lobby and explained that we had been waiting long time and the mgr (assuming) came right out and and was very friendly and baffled at why he didn’t get our ordered. I showed him where we had paid and confirmed when we got there by text. He was very prompt in getting us our order. He made our experience very enjoyable after all the confusion. My only complaint was the fries was soggy and the chicken tenders seemed to be over cooked by color. But overall it was good considering the communication error online
Had a combination fish, chicken and shrimp dinner. Plenty of food which I was in the mood for. Our server was wonderful, she had a table of 3 elderly people which gave her question after question about their bill and she handled it very professionally. Continues to be a very nice place to dine.
First time eating at O’Charlies. The bartender and staff were very friendly. I went around 3:30, so the place waa quiet, with only a few diners. I wanted a light meal, ordered a very delicious 6oz sirloin steak, asparagus, and baked potato. Pretty tender for sirloin and very flavorful and juicy. The baked potato was perfect, as was the asparagus and fresh rolls. The next time I visit Panama City, I’ll surely return and sample other menu options. Beats the heck out of the steaks I’ve had from Applebees. The meal as around $15, add two bottled beers and a tip, little over $20.
We had Sarge tonight for dinner and she went above and beyond to make sure my dad and I had the best dinning experience. Extreamly sweet and really cared about our meals. I WILL be asking for Sarge from now on when I come here
Hubby had a "Santa" gig nearby. Stopped by O'Charley's for lunch on a Saturday a week before Christmas. Used our gift card given to us as a wedding present last June. I had the Pecan Chicken Tender Salad (highly recommend). Hubby had Checken Tender dinner. Both were fantastic! Also had an Irish Coffee. Delicious!!
Where we came from, disco fries is a thing but not here. So when we asked for a gravy on our fries, the server was taken back a bit lol. Regardless, she came with small container of gravy and a big smile. We ended up giving her a tip and a "Christmas gift". The food wasnt the best. I ordered quesadilla but they had no salsa available so it tastes bland. Idk if I would go back anytime soon for the food but thumbs up for service
