Service has really been horrible as of lately. I’m not sure if there’s new management but they need to get it back to the way it was. I miss the friendly atmosphere. Also, when there is a line of people and you have a couple placing multiple orders 1 after another it’s time to tell that person to step aside, in a professional manner.
In addition when a customer placed an on the go order and you blatantly remove an item to give it to a customer ordering inside, that’s just wrong. Where’s the work ethic.

When entering the parking lot there was no lights hard to find the entrance. The employees were friendly and helpful the place was clean service was very quickly I couldn't mix and match bagels and muffins which was what I really wanted to do because there are only three people that have diabetes I couldn't get sugary sweets for. Great customer service and speedy service

It’s Thursday 9:35 am 9/12/19. I called in to order catering for my office. I was inquiring about the prices when the gentlemen disconnect me right before laughing (?).I called again - somebody picked up and hung up on me. Then did that again. It seems the person I briefly spoke to had a strong spanish accent. Rude and unprofessional place to do business with.

It had donuts, but they are not baked fresh in the store, they are trucked in once daily so get their early or your favorites will be gone. The never have enough coffee on hand.

Just terrible. I ordered On-the-go from the dunkin' donuts app and when I got there I had to wait for more than fifteen minutes to get my order (an iced coffee). It's very slow in the mornings. Never again, this one is not worth it try a different location.

Tried going only a few minutes ago. Hours posted say they close at 10 pm, however by 6:20 pm they were already closed with no one inside. If they can’t stick to the hours on their door, why bother?
