Dunkin'

It was a totally exceptional encounter! They have an extraordinary taste of espresso and outstanding customer assistance. The staff is warm and affable, pleasant and friendly customer service. Fast service and awesome staff. They always get my order correct. They have wide variety of donuts and drinks. The food is incredible. Food was of great quality and tasted delicious and the whole shop is amazing. This is the best café I've at any time ever. It's strongly suggested! Super clean store. Everything was clean, definitely a place to stop for a caffeine and/or sugar pick me up. and most likely and well recommended.

We got 2 coffees 2 toast (1 avocado, 1 hummus) and a pup-cup for my dog on Tuesday morning. There were 2 women working the window, they were nice enough taking the order, but when I got to the window they were a little coarser than one should be in food service. After we paid and left everything was fine. Until a little while later.... my daughter, my dog, and I all got sick. (Sorry it's gross but still) all of us had diarrhea for hours. My dog, usually fine with a pup-cup from many different duncans is still sick, its Friday evening. 3 days of diarrhea. My dog is 13 lbs..... You're lack of standards is putting my dogs life in danger. Its costing a huge amount in veterinary bills, and you were rude. Shut this one down. This is ridiculous. My dog has never been this sick. This is unreal. I am extremely angry.

We visited this Duncan Donuts drive thru after the green mermaid coffee shop down the street had no Trenta or Venti Cups for iced coffee. What a Great Alternative to our regular choice... Service was Friendly, Very Fast and best of all...$2 for any size iced coffee between 2 to 6 PM! We will definitely stop back at this location while in the area!

So sad how come they have phone number for 📱 business to call but they don't used it how funny what the point having it and to Calm something when something is wrong . Plus i don't know if they know how to take a order right when asking for a 3 option for the drink . We ask only strawberry smoothie straight like that but they gotta add banana if its only stawberry. How come? Nobody ask to add it randomly with not paying attention . When specially client ask for, not employee gotta add random & think is right. Ask first to make sure that was right order even a small detail & does matter for anybody . evening and night always a issue so go to morning there lovely .

They seem to be out of many product more than other restaurants. The evening staff seems to not care whatsoever. Place is a joke. We'll never go back....edit...... I went back. The morning staff is LITERALLY a difference between night and day. They're friendly, prompt, and actually seem to care. Had to change to 3 stars simply for that. Still won't go back during the evening. Hopefully they can fix the evening issues

Save your time and money, and go to the Starbucks next door, the Panera across the street, or the McDonald’s near the intersection. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:30AM on 1/24/22 and asked if they still had the 2 for 2 cheese wraps, and the lady stated verbatim “No we do not. Thank you, have a nice day”. I wish I could make this up, but this is exactly what was told to me. Management probably won’t do anything as this type of behavior has happened multiple times in the past. You’re welcome.
