Service was friendly and fast... Unfortunately the product has gotten worse year over year. When I was young, Dunkin's whole ad campaign was about being made fresh, now they haul in frozen and microwave them... And it shows, as my bagel today was so tough, I thought I was chewing leather, not eating a bread product. Go to a local bakery, support small businesses and show big companies that this is BS.

Ridiculous service employees r very rude and doesn’t know how to talk with the customer I told the guy to make another cappuccino and he said u need to pay extra to make it again because they made bad cappuccino and then the guy started laughing on me I ask girl for a donut she start making faces very bad service

New store in the area that opened in the past couple years. There is seating for about 20 people and the food is always fresh. They carry a bunch of good that you can take home including coffee souvenirs and mugs. There is a drive thru and plenty of parking available.

The store should open at 6 but it’s 6:15 and store is still close. And Big NO to Adriana who works at night shift at drive thru. Their is a promotion going on that 2 for $5 Croissant Egg and Cheese with Bacon. I asked her that if I can get it without bacon and the lady “ Adriana “ 5:30 am in the morning said no we can’t do that. Then I ask if I can get bacon on the side and she said NO. Did not give me my whole order in bag and after checking and bring it to their attention they did correct the order and you could tell they were disturbed by having to do something twice. I was not rude and politely asked if they can please correct my order - they did. however, I never got an apology just a "you can leave now" look.

BIG NO NO NO NO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Employees who work here are **** . I ordered croissant egg and cheese and medium size drink the guy charged me bacon egg and cheese on croissant and large drink 2 dollar extra that’s no no to place. But I went there again and other egg and cheese extra tossed, and he tossed just the croissant and egg was not even hot it was like room temperature and cheese was not melted. I requested all of you who have read this post please don’t go there.

Placed a large order for pick up. When I arrived they blatantly said they used my items I ordered to serve drive thru customers. Then I had to wait for them to make my order again. No apology. Treated me as if it was my fault and said “well we thought you weren’t coming” OBVIOUSLY IF IT’S PAID FOR AHEAD OF TIME I’M COMING AND THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD IS NOT TO WAIT.
