We’ve dined here four times since moving to Palatine, and the food & service has been great! We got the chilaquiles and the Buffalo chicken wrap this last visit, and free coffee refills!

We hosted a brunch here the day before a wedding. It was fantastic. The food, outstanding, the staff, even better. All of the food, for 24 people came out hot, timely and delicious. Our server went above and beyond for us. What a wonderful experience.

First time trying this place after moving to the burbs and was pleasantly surprised. The peach waffle and corned beef hash were ON POINT. We also had the pumpkin pancakes - without all the extra stuff - and an omelet with hashbrowns. Overall a nice spot that definitely seems to be a neighborhood favorite.

Showed the waiter a pic of what I wanted from the reviews which was no longer on their menu. The manager came over & described to me what was in the pic & told me it was on the menu pre-COVID, but that they could absolutely make it for me🙌🏽🙌🏽. It was absolutely delicious!!!🤤 I will definitely be back!!💯👍🏽 Oh & I had to get a second order of the potatoes bc they were sooo good😋

The restaurant is cute and inviting and the staff are friendly. The chicken fajita omelette was lacking a little in flavor, but the potatoes, English muffin, and coffee were delicious. I would come back, but probably get a different entree.

I’m not sure what’s been going on with this place lately but the past few times I’ve ordered from here, my food was either wrong or overcooked. I ordered a strawberry Nutella waffle, and got a crepe instead. The pot Bennie had eggs that were way overcooked and we genuinely mistook it for a chunk of mozzarella because of how firm and overcooked the eggs were. The quality just really doesn’t compare anymore to other breakfast places which is disappointing since this place used to be great! But the quality and consistency seems to get worse every time I give this place a second chance. The jelly cheesecake French toast was absolutely phenomenal, but the only good thing out of what we ordered.

Cute brunch spot. I highly recommend the Chiliquiles if you go best thing on the menu (although everyone in my party liked what they got) the staff was friendly and the bloody Mary was good. I would have given the place 5 stars, but we had to wait like 25 minutes for a table when we got there but there were like 12 open tables, so I'm not sure why the wait, but it was forgivable.
