I had a problem with my order last night and called the restaurant but I was dissatisfied in the way the manager on the phone handled it. But before I gave a one-star review as a knee-jerk reaction, I came to the location this morning to speak with a manager in person. This restaurant is very lucky to have Rachel as a daytime manager because she went above and beyond to correct the issue from yesterday, resulting in us being very happy and this 5-star review!

Isabella turned a bad experience into a better one. My family and I went here yesterday, ordered and after pulling up to and sitting at the window for what seemed like 10minutes, no one greeted us or said anything, I hadn’t paid, nothing… When Isabella finally came to the window, we told her our concerns and she was very nice, apologized and even threw in some free cookies. We will return since it’s the nearest and convenient drive thru Panera but we really appreciate the effort from her. So Thank You Isabella.

Contrary to some reviews, the parking is very clean convenient and entrance from Dundee is good. The food and the service was good. I give 3 stars because none of the 8 soups on themed is gluten free: Thats last century.

I don't give less stars because you can't, lousy customer service, my food never came and they never answer the phone for help.

Worst experience from this place, not enough staffing, product. I was disappointed in general, when you ask for hot chocolate and get "warm ", no coffee? at front.

Clean restaurant, tasty food including vegetarian options, and affordable. When you give your email they sign you up for Rewards and this time I got to choose a free pastry. This one had apples and cinnamon and was delicious.
