The shrimp po boy was outstanding! The bread was soft, buttery and still had enough crunch. Crawfish ettoufee was flavorful as were the red beans and rice. All needed salt which is perhaps just a personal preference but my partner agreed everything was under salted. Took away a star for the fried oysters. They tasted old and were full of water. Almost like they weren't dried off prior to battering and frying. Service was top notch especially since only one woman was tending to patrons. Decor inside was suitable and atmosphere was friendly.
Amazing as always! We try to stop here whenever we come through Pagosa Springs. I love their Cajun specialties, but their catfish is my guilty pleasure.
The food looked like fast food, but it tasted pretty good. The restaurant is normal, nothing fancy but good service and a great location. This place is a perfect for a quick meal.
