The shrimp po boy was outstanding! The bread was soft, buttery and still had enough crunch. Crawfish ettoufee was flavorful as were the red beans and rice. All needed salt which is perhaps just a personal preference but my partner agreed everything was under salted. Took away a star for the fried oy
Amazing as always! We try to stop here whenever we come through Pagosa Springs. I love their Cajun specialties, but their catfish is my guilty pleasure.
The food looked like fast food, but it tasted pretty good. The restaurant is normal, nothing fancy but good service and a great location. This place is a perfect for a quick meal.
Whoever said the hush puppies weren't good was completely off. They were absolutely amazing. The fried catfish was five stars, completely crispy and delicious! I wish they had one of these places in Denver absolutely amazing!
I was hoping for a nice flavorful Cajun dinner but that’s not what me and my family got. The waitress was nice and the inside was decorated well enough. Was in Colorado briefly and very skeptical of a Cajun restaurant up there, but this place exceeded any expectations. The Catfish melted in your mouth with a perfectly crunchy fry holding it together. Our server was extremely nice, and worked the entire restaurant all by herself doing and excellent job! The food tasted wonderful and came to our table in without having to wait forever (a pet peeve of mine). I would highly recommend anyone wanting a taste of Louisiana to stop on by!
the food was pretty good. I think tried almost everything. As someone from New Orleans i enjoyed the red & beans & rice & seafood gumbo. the crawfish etouffee was a little loose, but all in all good food.
